The house was better than what was shown in the photos, the cleanliness was impeccable, there were eight of us and there was plenty of room, the kitchen utensils were practically new and our host even had a first aid kit. Unbeatable. He also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and gave us several recommendations for the area.

Stayed at Paula and David’s place for one night on our way to southern Spain. The girls lace was exactly what we wanted. Really cosy, beautifully kitted out and in a very peaceful location with good walks for dogs. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

What a fantastic find! A very simple but perfect escape in the countryside, complete with goats, chickens and a few working cats. We spent two lovely weeks in this serene location and didn’t want to leave! Every cell in our bodies was relaxed and recharged. We especially loved the melody of the cow bells as we relaxed in the backyard and the ability to cool off in the lovely dipping pool when the temperatures soared. If you need a complete escape to nature, this is your place! And there are scores of nearby villages and locations to hike and enjoy. We hope to be back again next year—thank you so much for everything!!

The house is wonderful, very spacious, very comfortable to share between different people since each room has its own bathroom, 5 in total. Everything is in perfect condition and very well restored and decorated. It's a very warm home perfect for a weekend. We were very comfortable and thank you very much for being able to be there

The stay was very pleasant, the house was perfectly and Rosa was a kind and close host. In the house there are all kinds of guides and plans of the region, apart from a number of games for all ages very varied. Internet does not arrive, but it has a very powerful wifi so it is not lacking, although 50m from the house you already have coverage (calls by whats go perfectly in the house). The village is ideal if you want to disconnect from concrete and asphalt. There is no type of store or bar, which is not lacking because 15 minutes away is Burgo de Osma which has everything. In short, it is an ideal place to disconnect from the city and Rosa can't be put "but" so as to our assessment of everything, we give a very deserved 10 to the host. Thank you Rosa

The stay has been great, the house is very cozy and has all kinds of details, in addition to a pellet stove that goes wonderfully. Ivan was very kind and attentive, we had flexibility to organize our arrival to the house. The location, just over 5 minutes from the city by car, is perfect for staying in a quiet but close location. If I go back to Burgos, it would certainly be the first place I would check availability.

We stayed with family for Christmas. The house is perfect for it! Both the heating and the fireplace make the house is warm even in the middle of winter. Samaniego is the perfect village to enjoy a magnificent wine experience. As for Axier's attention, it was wonderful, very easy and comfortable. We won't hesitate to repeat it! pepes apartment is absolutely superb. Modern and everything you'd ever need for your stay. Everything was spotlessly clean. Short walk to centre of Burgos. Large outdoor area overlooking the city. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

We had a great stay. First, we felt right at home due to the kindness of Carmen and Pablo Javier. They immediately gave us good tips for the surroundings and were very accessible. The cottage has all the comforts and you feel right at home. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. In short, a fantastic place with very nice people. We have spent a few days in this cabin, with the children and we were struck by the beautiful and welcoming, and we have right the place space and the super beautiful house in detail we loved spending these days there ..beautiful landscapes , completely detached nature.. just what we needed , Elena from the first moment has taken care of us and solved any questions ! We were amazed from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail, the care, concern for us that we were comfortable. Delia was also always available. The house exceeds the expected details. It's a beautiful place that the photos haven't been able to convey. Just a great detail, and this message is not for Delia or the place, but for those of us who are guests in this beautiful place, to have the consideration to pick up after our pets. Delia has taken care of cleaning, but for those of us who travel with our pets, finding a place like this is very difficult and we risk losing the chance to enjoy a place like this with them in the future.

It's an idyllic place, where time stops and invites you to reflect on your essence, the moment and the connection you have with nature. We were 2 families with children and we really enjoyed the animals, the purity of the environment and their hosts. Spectacular in autumn. Highly recommended to spend a few quiet days, without a hurry, let yourself be carried away and learn...
