The house was great! Hot tub is very nice and big! I didn’t love that one of the cameras in the back was pointed in the vicinity of the hot tub. I don’t know what that camera can see but we were a group of girls by ourselves so that kind of stuff is a little iffy but not a big deal! Only mentioning because I tried to see if cameras were pointing at it beforehand and I couldn’t find that one until we were on the property. It is such a fun house and location! There is a refundable deposit that is made outside of the booking process and is in the listing but not in an area I would necessarily look before booking. Make sure to get trip insurance though! We had a snow storm at home and weren’t sure if we’d make it out of town. I was informed by the host I should have bought trip insurance. I do wish they would have tried to help accommodate us (change dates or something). We weren’t expecting this storm to get as bad as it was so it was too late to cancel. We had a great time though! We had a great stay at Kendra's place. It was clean, well-equipped, and we enjoyed spending time in the garden and on the patios. The location near trails and markets was perfect. Highly recommend!

Cute little get away that provided peace and comfort for us for a few days while I was in town having surgrey. Great location, next to a lot of restaurants and other amenities. Very clean and cozy.

Dolores was the perfect host! Communicated the entire time and even helped us get inside after my phone had died upon arrival. House was beautiful and clean and the yard space was just as beautiful. All the amenities needed and then some! Dolores even reached out during a rainy day and informed us that there were board games and puzzles available. Made for some fun family game time. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and peaceful. One of the neighbors even welcomed us during our stay! Location was perfect as well. Close to many great restaurants and other places of interests. The next time we travel to ABQ we will definitely book with Dolores again!

While everyone else was price gouging during the International Balloon Fiesta, Cliff rented out a beautiful place at a good price. He was communicative, available, and helpful. Beautiful property at a beautiful location.

Courtney was a very friendly and responsive host and she did everything she could to make our stay as pleasent as possible. The kitchen had more than average spices and dishes which would be great for a longer stay. There's a little back yard between the buildings that had shade, a little Cafe table and even a grill. It was good for our little dog to relieve himself too. The top bunk bed is a little rickety so probably only good for kids not teens. The space is super cute and unique. You can tell Courtney put her heart into designing the space. We had a hot couple days on the shoulder season, before the swamp cooler was up and running (still freeze danger) and it was necessary to have fans to sleep comfortably. Thankfully Courtney was on it and even bought another one for the apartment while we were there. Thanks for being a great host, Courtney!

I stayed at Bill's place for 4 weeks and I thoroughly liked it. I read all the earlier reviews before booking, and everything one needs to know has already been written. I can concur with the positive comments. Some of the earlier reviews also mentioned cockroaches, the heater vent in the floor, the size of the dining space and the soft mattress, but I found all of these to not be a problem. Bill responded to all my questions and concerns quickly. The neighborhood is nice and close to shops and restaurants at Nob Hill, the airport and the interstate. I can recommend this place and would definitely rent it again.

Great location, easy to find and lots of local access. Love the enclosed patio, the beds were SO comfortable.

Very quiet and lovely place. As an architect i was impressed with the stainless steel “kitchen on a wall” unit on the wall. My only issue was there was no kleenx in the place, so i used TP. No real issue there of course, just something i noticed. I recommend this casita without reservation.

This was the best place I've stayed in Albuquerque - quiet, clean, spacious with great views. The host was kind, conscientious and responsive. If you can manage carrying a heavy bag up stairs don't hesitate to stay here. I will be back!
