We are located 5 minutes from downtown Bariloche, in front of Melipal Beach on Lake Nahuel Huapi, 50 meters from a supermarket, service station, kiosk, and 3 restaurants. An unbeatable location if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to all the tourist attractions. Bustillo is the main tourist avenue, where the renowned Circuito Chico begins. The apartment is modern, functional, with a fully-equipped kitchen, and is very quiet.

Beautiful modern house located in a small private neighborhood with security surrounded by a natural reserve and minutes from the center of Bariloche. 500 meters away you will find a supermarket, cafeteria, grocery store and kiosks. Connection to Route 40, ideal for going to lakes Gutierrez, Guilelmo, Steffen, and Bolson It has a large garden where you can enjoy the fire pit with views of Cerro Otto. Ideal for families or couples.
