House vacation rentals in Río Negro Province

Gabriela's house is great Everything is new and thought out in detail so that the guest has everything they need. We like to cook a lot and we didn't miss anything. In addition, it has an industrial kitchen/oven that made everything easier. The decor of the house is very warm, with comfortable armchairs and beds. The lighting can go from bright to dim, so you can be calm at night. It has a modern TV with apps to watch movies/series. The weather wasn't very nice, but we were still able to enjoy the heated pool, which is great. We were in it for hours because it was so great. Next to the pool there is a bathroom with a shower that is great and super practical to have next to the pool. Although the house is on Bustillo, you can't hear a soul outside inside the house. At that point it is quieter with less traffic, but it is still close to activities. A 5/10 minute walk to the lake in a very quiet and nice area. Don't hesitate

Recommended choice for a large family! The house is as shown in the photos. Tomás is super attentive, very efficient in his communication. There were 9 of us and the space was perfect. 3 were children who slept upstairs since that space is more suitable for them due to the dimensions. It has a space to park 2 vehicles indoors. Sheets and towels in excellent condition.

Natalia's house has an incredible view from on top of a mountain overlooking a valley in northern San Martin de los Andes. The house has a great open design where the living room, dining room and kitchen blend into one large living space. And the heated pool and very comfortable bed in the main bedroom were wonderful. Access to the house is up a fairly steep (in a few places) gravel road but our mid-sized rental handled it without any problems. It should be noted that the oven did not heat appropriately but it has since been fixed. We used a toaster oven for any toasting needs and it worked perfectly. The kitchen is huge, has all the utensils/appliances you could need and even has a huge stone parrilla from grilling up a storm. Oh, and the showers? Fantastic pressure! It's a perfect spot for two couples or a family of five. A great spot!

Wonderful place inside a closed local neighborhood! I received instructions a free days prior and they were available if I had questions. The home is very comfortable with brand new, modern-day amenities and we were impressed with the cleanliness and attention to guest's comfort! The only detail I suggest is to offer an extra set of towels since you have a hot tub. They did not have extra towels to offer so I used the same towel to bathe in the Jacuzzi and the shower. 😐 Otherwise, it's a great experience!

Our family stayed here for 3 nights during our 2 week trip to Argentina. The hosts took such wonderful care of us and you can tell they take pride in their rental homes. We had excellent communication throughout and had everything we needed. The house is so beautiful and cozy with stunning views. The only thing missing was more days to enjoy our stay, but now we know for next time.

Emilio was always willing to help however he could and provided us with excellent tips on several places to visit in the area. The proximity to the center and the tranquility of the surroundings are incomparable for someone looking for a place to rest. The house was just a few steps away from several local supermarkets and the city's attractions.

Cris and Gus were incredibly warm and welcoming, and their hospitality made a big difference. The location is perfect, surrounded by nature and an incredible garden. You can tell the home is owned by artists — every detail feels intentional, thoughtful, and full of soul. The art, the ambiance, the energy — it all just works. The kitchen is a dream, the floors are heated, the bed is super comfortable, and the living room is cozy enough that you never want to leave. If this place is available, don’t think twice — just book it. You won’t regret it.

Francisco and Carmen were very friendly and attentive before, during and after the stay. The house is more spacious and bright than what you see in the photos. It is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need for your stay. While it is located away from the city center, and some distance from the beach, this offers plenty of tranquility which is ideal for children to play outside and one can relax away from the noise. I recommend it 100%.

We went the third week of January. We loved the house, everything was very neat. The garden is a fairy tale with an orchard, stove, grill and a table overlooking the Nahuel Huapi. The rooms are very well laid out, the bathrooms are perfect and there are no neighbors or annoying noises. The location is a 10 for going as a tourist, you are 5 blocks from Playa Bonita and 2 blocks from a store, greengrocer, deli, etc. Finally, I can't forget to mention Cecilia, she's a genius. Attentive to everything and very friendly. The five of us left HAPPY. Thank you!

We were in a group of 4 members, we are musicians and students, we were going to participate in this year's International Meeting of Piano and Chamber Music which was held at the Camping Musical de Bariloche, we stayed considerably close. The hosts were always understanding with our check-in and check-out times (due to class schedules), they were always attentive to our needs and treated us very kindly. The area of the house is very quiet and has a beautiful landscape, it is close to the bus stops and some tourist attractions. The house had the necessary amenities and we were also able to rehearse our instruments on some occasions. The hosts were very clear with directions to the house and the rules of the stay. In general, I can say that we really enjoyed our stay and if at any time it would happen again, we will not hesitate to return to this house.

Great house in the woods. Good internet 250mbps upload/download. Apples, plums, and alder trees grow on the property. There are heaters in all rooms, you can set a comfortable temperature. Birds are singing outdoors. Thanks for the hospitality, we'll be back here again!

The house is very comfortable and well located, near the entrance of Lago Gutiérrez and the nautical. The host is very friendly and willing to give any recommendations. A place for relaxation and family gatherings. We enjoyed every day of the stay and already want to come back.

Honestly, we feel we got so much more than we expected for the price. We were looking for a spacious and comfortable place, and although we originally wanted to stay closer to town, this location turned out to be absolutely perfect! There are beautiful walks right from the house, fantastic restaurants nearby, and you can even walk to Lake Moreno. You really don’t need to go into town unless you want to, as everything you need is close by. Mana was always responsive, kind, and provided great recommendations and lovely conversations. She was never invasive, but always available and ready to help if we needed anything — which made us feel even more at home. We stayed for a week and had enough time to truly experience and appreciate the place. The kitchen was well-equipped, the house was warm and cozy, and the living room was ideal for playing board games and spending quality time as a family. We’ve made some wonderful memories here. Our experience was amazing! We had booked the house for three people, but when we arrived they surprised us with an upgrade. Really was wonderful! The house that touched us is beautiful, very cozy and equipped with everything you need for a perfect few days. If you are looking for rest, this place is without a doubt the best option. Erika is a genius, super attentive and always attentive to every detail.

This is an exceptional apartment—nice, comfortable, peaceful, and very well equipped. It is ideally located within walking distance of the lake, grocery stores, a supermarket (a little bit further away but easily reachable by foot), restaurants, and public transportation, which is convenient if you don't have a car (as I did not) and want to explore further. For me, it felt like a home away from home during my five-week stay, and I enjoyed every minute of it. I highly recommend it!
