Vacation rentals with lake access in Río Negro Province

The house is very cute! Dream views! The location is good, 10 minutes from downtown Bariloche... it has very good heating, which is very important for the winter. They greeted us and explained everything. Super friendly and friendly.

Had a great week with the whole family here. The house is modern, spacious and well maintained, and has a picture perfect view of the lake and mountains. The hostess was really friendly and responsive, and was there to greet us on the first day. Would 100% recommend it.

The house is sensational. We host in 7 people. very comfortable with a great view of Lake Gutierrez. 15 min from the center of Bariloche. host support and impeccable facilities.

An absolutely incredible place to stay in beautiful surroundings. So peaceful and quiet and beautifully decorated. Paula was brilliant - she shared so much useful information and kept in touch before and during our stay and went above and beyond to help. I only wish we had stayed longer!

We spent a few divine days. The house was just like the photos, it was very clean, comfortable and with excellent heating. Everything worked great. We were very well received and were always attentive to respond to our inquiries quickly, as well as giving us great recommendations for the area. The house is unbeatable. Better than what you can see in the photos. Location close to the civic center and the main walks and ski centers. The place is safe and has many amenities. It is very warm and all the rooms are always warm from floor to ceiling. The beds are super comfortable and the blankets and pillows are good quality. Everything is extremely new, clean and in perfect condition. The bathrooms are huge, with a good shower and shampoo, conditioner and liquid body soap. Washing machine and clothes dryer, which is very good. The kitchen is FULLYLLY equipped to do everything, with a gas stove and oven, coffee maker, toaster, and much more. The grill and outdoor patio are very nice with firewood and charcoal available. It's by far the best cabin in Bariloche. An important point for Nora's attention and kindness, who is readily available to clarify everything and help with whatever is necessary. Highly recommended, don't hesitate to choose it

We had an excellent experience at this house in Bariloche. The property is comfortable, well-equipped and very clean, with everything you need for a pleasant family stay. The location is ideal: close to the main attractions and with incredible views of the Patagonian landscape. I especially highlight the tranquility of the environment and the warmth of the home. Mariano is a very friendly host, I answer very quickly any issues we had in the house . The house is in a private country, it has a lot of security since you enter, the house is even nicer in person!!! It is far from the center but if you are looking for peace it is the place . It has heating through the floor, you are not going to get cold at any time. The photos don't do it justice to how cute the house is! We'll definitely be back

The apartment is very comfortable, the view is incredible. We stayed 4 people, the bed in the room is huge, 3 people fit very well, and then there is a sofa bed. We were greeted by Caro, who always communicated with me! It's definitely a place to go back. Thank you for your attention!!!

My fiancée and I spent a week in the apartment and had a GREAT stay, the place is very fragrant and tidy, perfect for a couple who wants to walk around Bariloche, it is also well located, we were able to do everything on foot, communication with Veronica was a great point too, she always responded very quickly and was very willing to help, we loved the space and if we return to Bariloche we would definitely stay again, I highly recommend 11/10

We had a great stay at the apartment in Bariloche. The location is unbeatable: very close to downtown, which allowed us to get around easily without the need for transportation. In addition, the view from the place is really beautiful, ideal to enjoy both at sunrise and sunset. The hosts were very nice from the start. They welcomed us with great cordiality and were always attentive to our needs. One detail that we really appreciated was that they allowed us to check out later without any problems, which was very helpful since our flight was leaving later. Definitely a place we would go back to and highly recommend.

A very cozy place, with a lot of security and close to points of interest. The Communication with the host was excellent, she always gave us clear directions and support in what we needed. The pool area is about 300 meters from the building, it can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot, the water is temperate and delicious for the cold of the area.

I went with my wife to enjoy a few days in Bariloche. The place is a dream and has everything you need to have a great time. I want to highlight Maria's willingness to help, who clarified all our doubts in an exceptional and good-natured way. Everything the apartment has is wonderful and that window is another tourist attraction that we knew how to enjoy. 100% recommended and I hope to return.

A marvel! A super-equipped apartment from tableware to appliances that solve your day to day. Everything is very well kept, like new! Florencia and María Inés are in all the details, which makes you really want to come back. I had to work and the internet service was impeccable. The sunsets and sunsets are fairy tales If you don't rent a car, it's very convenient to walk to the center and enjoy the views. We are already planning to come back! Thanks for everything ♥️

It's not downtown but I loved that It was very warm, well-equipped, and had indescribable views. I loved the place, I'll always be back. Beautiful house, in private neighborhood, very safe, quiet area. It has a beautiful pier where we went to look for a boat for a hike through the lake and the islands. The well-equipped house, all amenities. Large grill and garden to enjoy even more of the outdoors. It has a washer, and dishwasher.....super useful on vacation and with large groups. I would definitely come back. Thank you for your attention!!

When you are looking for peace, tranquility and the enjoyment of the rugged beauty of Rio Negro, this place provides that and much more. The lot is large, with organic orchards and in the background the freshness of beautiful trees next to the imposing Río Negro. La Cabaña is small but has a lot of equipment and guarantees the comfort of visitors. To highlight, the great warmth and attention we receive at all times from Cristina and José. Definitely a place we would go back to.

Juana is an amazing host that went to great lengths for us. The house is beautiful and nestled in the most stunning part of the national park. The walk to Morenita guided by neighbourhood icon (dog) Lola was a daily ritual of mine and the views and silence can't be bought. I'd absolutely recommend this lovely home to anyone seeking some serenity in the mountains.

arriving at this cottage was the ideal place to clear the mind, to reconnect as a family, it has no TV, no wifi but I don't see this as a negative at all, on the contrary I see it as a point to take advantage of being able to sit in front of the fireplace and chat laugh we took advantage of some board games we found in the laundry room! ideal to spend much more than 2 days! 1000 points for Carolina

The accommodation is even nicer than what you see in the photos and is perfectly located, surrounded by nature and meters from the stops of the collectives that take you to the center or tour circuit chico. Laura is an incredible Host, she was very kind to us and was always available. Really next time I return to Bariloche I would like to stay in this accommodation, 100% recommended

Elvia is absolutely wonderful. She is super caring and attentive. it's very quiet and I slept really well. I enjoyed an entire day of walking the shoreline along Lago Lolog. Really sweet place to highly recommend. Thank you Elvia for a lovely experience.
