It is located on a 600 m2 plot of land and in the lower part of the main house. Its entrance is independent on Corrientes Street. This is my atelier – my painter’s cove. It is a cozy and private space, roomy with private bathroom with shower. You will be 5 km away from downtown. It is a quiet neighbourhood, 4 blocks from buses running to town. Away from the noisy town but well connected, there are supermarkets, bars nearby, and easily accessible to many tourist spots. The location is uphill, NOT recommended for people with mobility difficulties.

In times of snow and/or frost it is difficult to get to the parking lot above, so you must leave the car in the parking lot below and go up stairs. You can also find a closed door that leads to a laundry room, which is closed for renovations

We offer our guests a small cabin just two blocks away from Lake Nahuel Huapi, with an independent entrance, and a partial view of the lake from the upper floor (bedroom). The cabin is on the main road (Avenida Bustillo), in front of the bus stop. Less than a mile away there is a well-stocked shopping center. High speed WiFi. The place is about 10/15 minutes away from downtown Bariloche by bus or car.
