Eugenia is a great host!! Always concerned about our well beign, very friendly and helpful! The apartment is exactly as described, very clean and quiet, close to major restaurants and stores. Felt at home, away from home. San martin de los andes is a lovely city. Highly recommend Hernan’s place.

The apartment is strategically located near the center, supermarkets and restaurants. All the sightseeing tours were able to pick us up very easy. The apartment has the basic equipment for a comfortable and short stay. The view of the lake is spectacular and is undoubtedly the greatest attraction of the place. We were offered a lot of flexibility for check-in and checkout. They put our luggage away to enjoy the last day. The administration is run by a company that facilitates the stay and offers a variety of alternatives for tourists. We were immediately connected to a tourist service provider who organized three excursions for each day. That made Bariloche's short stay very much easier. The listing is exactly what we found.

This place was exactly what I needed and as described. I stayed two different times and both times were great. Mathias and his crew were responsive to my questions and needs, altered plans for my late check-in, extended my stay last minute, and were quick to help with internet issues (not their fault - the provider had problems one day). I would highly recommend. Being just outside the centro area felt like being with locals instead of tourists, which I liked. Easily to catch buses or walk to centro. Thanks for a great experience!

The most perfect place to stay for fabulous views and a gorgeous apartment. The living area is very spacious great for a small group to socialise and enjoy the scenery. Bars and restaurants nearby enough for a few days and only $10 in an Uber to the centre of Bariloche. You can’t walk no path. Giovanni was a great host he responds very quickly to questions.

The apartment was just like the photos, practical, clean, comfortable and with an amazing view to the Nahuel Huapi. The location is very convenient since all the collectives pass through that street and is a 5-minute walk from downtown. Federico's attention was very good.

We were staying for 5 nights, everything worked very well. The depto with great view and very comfortable. The complex looks new, although a bit of maintenance is needed. It has a very nice balcony overlooking the Correntoso. Communication was always very good. I recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Always nice to have a wash machine. It was much appreciated to have laundry detergent and tea available at the apartment. A nice area of town, walkable to anything you need.

Everything was excellent! The apartment is very comfortable, with an incredible view. Many places nearby to eat and shop. Public transportation drops you off at the door. Impeccable!

We had the most amazing stay in this beautiful apartment!! Everything was extremely clean and comfortable, with great amenities. Gabriela has been the most incredible host. She was very responsive to all questions about San Martin, and was extremely generous and kind throughout the duration of our stay. Highly recommended. A pleasure to rest in that space. Also for other activities, since the apartment is located in the center, access to different agencies, museums and other places. Very good experience! Beautiful apartment, the location is unbeatable. It's a plus that it has parking, since parking on the street is metered. The gym was great. Below is an ice cream parlor, next to a pizzeria, and on the corner a bar (keep the latter in mind, there may be some noise on weekends). We'll be back!

The place is wonderful, the environment is very nice and the kids were entertained with the pool and game room. We had a big group and were very comfortable. We were also recommended by a person who went to cook us, a very good asado, great food and service. Always helpful hosts with our needs. The place is retired from downtown, making it quiet and private. We were able to rest and share as a family. The house has several environments, a large dining area and kitchen. Everything was very clean, there was Mucama service and dry breakfast. Highly recommended

Had a great time here, for a big family event. We all had a wonderful time and it was everything and more that we needed

Spacious and well-equipped home. Good beds and shower. Quiet place, a little away from the city. We were kindly greeted by Gonzalo. Only detail was that there were only 4 bath towels for 6 guests, but I believe that if we had requested the Gonzalo would bring us 2 more. As we were in 2 families and we would only spend one night, we chose to share the Towels we had.

Marcela was super responsive and very nice. we will definitely stay again.
