Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Río Negro Province

We had a good stay, a very comfortable place for us and our pet, special mention to the house dogs, very well behaved. It's about 7 blocks from downtown and has kiosks nearby too. A very quiet neighborhood and good attention from the host, always attentive.

Eugenia is a great host!! Always concerned about our well beign, very friendly and helpful! The apartment is exactly as described, very clean and quiet, close to major restaurants and stores. Felt at home, away from home. San martin de los andes is a lovely city. Highly recommend Hernan’s place.

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed. We booked last minute, literally (the AirBnb we had booked didn’t work out because of construction/jack hammering/wall pounding from constructing a building abutting the unit!). Pablo and Gaston were great and wholly responsive. The apartment itself was perfect— clean, roomy, and spectacular views. Location was a few miles from the center of Bariloche — perfect for both getting to restaurants, etc., but also to get out for hiking trails. We would highly recommend.

Very nice apartment a few blocks from downtown with all the amenities. Notable for having free laundry inside the building and a garage. We were also able to check out a little later.

Good location. Close to areas of interest in the city. Yanil and Jorge are very friendly and answer any questions very quickly. The apartment is comfortable for two people, it has a desk where you can work comfortably and with a 300 MB Internet service that allows you to respond to videoconferences without any problems. The location allows easy access to restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. Highly recommended place to stay in Neuquén. We would definitely stay there again.

The house is beautiful and exactly as it is in the photos. Super cozy and spacious with a lovely lake view. The location is amazing, 20 min from the cathedral hill and the civic center of Bariloche. There are several beautiful restaurants very close by that avoid the muvuca and the lines of the center. In addition, the house has two indoor barbecues (one gas and one charcoal) that are great for colder days. We had small setbacks with the house's heating and hot water system that were promptly resolved. The host is very attentive and is always willing to help with. It was an amazing stay and I hope to come back more often. Super recommend!

A beautiful, quiet place, located minutes from downtown by car, with all the amenities in the house and mainly with pleasant heating, very nice house and trip, in addition Nora and Mauricio were very kind and attentive at all times, we will be back for sure.

The house is sensational. We host in 7 people. very comfortable with a great view of Lake Gutierrez. 15 min from the center of Bariloche. host support and impeccable facilities.

One of our favorite stays anywhere, ever. Unbeatable location. Great house. Fantastic communication. One thing to be aware of is that the area is very dusty from the dirt road, but Martín arranges for a cleaner to come every few days.

Isabella is a great host, the surroundings and the house are spectacular, the pool is a luxury, we felt right at home.

Francisco and Carmen were very friendly and attentive before, during and after the stay. The house is more spacious and bright than what you see in the photos. It is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need for your stay. While it is located away from the city center, and some distance from the beach, this offers plenty of tranquility which is ideal for children to play outside and one can relax away from the noise. I recommend it 100%.

Great house! A privileged view, super cozy house, clean, hot water, heating, clean linens and towels. Super safe and well-maintained condominium. The stay was worth it.

We stayed in a studio with the basics to spend a few days (2 adults + 1 baby), the mattress was not entirely comfortable but I think it's within the price-quality ratio (it could improve). The kitchen set has the basics, everything is impeccable. He allowed us to check in 1 hour earlier. Nico is excellent, super attentive and available to answer any questions or help with what we needed. The environment is very nice and quiet, you can have a quiet barbecue and stay outdoors and enjoy nature. The water pressure is excellent, you can bathe without a problem, the shower is small but for us it was not a problem. Hot water without waiting. To access, you have to go down stairs and it has a garage also on a downward slope. We spent 5 very nice days in this place. With everything and its existing details, I recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Always nice to have a wash machine. It was much appreciated to have laundry detergent and tea available at the apartment. A nice area of town, walkable to anything you need.

Everything was excellent! The apartment is very comfortable, with an incredible view. Many places nearby to eat and shop. Public transportation drops you off at the door. Impeccable!

It is a very nice and welcoming, with a lot of equipment and we found everything clean and according to what they show. It is well located, literal in the middle of all the city's attractions and easily accessible to the neighborhood. The Hosts were very attentive to help me with all my questions. We had a few beautiful days in the apartment!!

The apartment is just stunning in its beauty, amazingly decorated, fully equipped, spotless, amazing lake view, the kitchen is most equipped, the beds and sheets are very cozy, the balcony is very beautiful. The neighborhood is secure with a guard at the entrance. Communication with Carolina was excellent. In short, highly recommended

Gabriela's place is very nice, it has everything you need for a warm stay. It is close to the main street, there are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and fast food places just around the corner and around the apartment.
