The property is located right on the lake shore, just off the famous route 40. Downtown Bariloche is 20 minutes away, the national park 5 minutes away, and the ski resort and the airport 15 minutes away. As well as 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is a play area with a ping pong table upstairs.
