Smart TV with Netflix, wifi and kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle and electric stove. It is on the first floor by stairs (no elevator). The building is on the same block as the Rapa Nui and Mamuschka chocolate shops, but on the street facing the lake (the apartment does NOT have a lake view).

There is a parking lot reserved for them at the door.
