Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Río Negro Province

Stable and fast WiFi, good location, very modern! The only note I have, which maybe for someone is good to know, is that the glazed side of the apartment is exposed to the sun and on sunny days the temperature increases a lot. The building has a washing machine, very convenient, but there is no dryer.

We rented the apartment for a month, and we had a great stay. The apartment is small, but bright and functional for two people. The location is excellent - a short bus ride to the city center, and a 15 minute walk to the lakeshore. There are grocery stores and restaurants within a few minutes walk, tho the apartment is in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Relight across street from lake. Very close to a supermarket. Yum! Had a medical issue which Karin gave free advice around. Much appreciated.

A small apartment in a very good location (you can walk everywhere), with all the necessary amenities, excellent heating, appliances in excellent condition; the building has a beautiful aesthetic and design, and has an elevator and laundry. Highly recommended!!!

The house is a dream, it captivates you and you don't want to leave haha. Juan and Sofia were always attentive and ready for any situation. The house is very spacious and comfortable. There were 10 adults and 2 children, and there was plenty of room. The place is very quiet and above all, the view of the lake and access to Lake Nahuel Huapí is priceless!

Our stay was super gracious, Joaquin's family welcomed us very well, the cottage super nice, super clean and has everything you need, in addition the environment is very nice, the space is safe and quiet, if they go by car they have the beach, the supermarket and what they need very close by. In addition, within the premises Viva Mora, a very loving dog that my niece is charming🐶 Thank you so much for the good weather, we are very happy back ☺️

The house is extremely comfortable and as it appears in the description and photos. It has everything, everything. We were able to go with my pet and even enjoy it as one of us, because also that Neuquén is very friendly with dogs and that the house has a patio, there is a square half a block away. So from 10 we were there. Cecilia was an excellent host.

Alba and his daughter Nati excellent hostas, very attentive and available for whatever you need in your stay. The place is just like the pictures and very warm.

Our stay at Valeria's home was a wonderful experience. It has all the modern comforts you will need nestled up in the mountains with easy access to central San Martin De Los Andes. The home is beautiful and the location is ideal. We will likely be staying here again in Summer when we return to San Martin.

The listing is exactly as advertised. Close to the highway that follows Plotier and Bariloche, if you take it as a place of passage to the south /Bariloche and others. Alfredo always responded quickly, and was waiting for us

Ana was always very responsive and helpful, language was a bit of a barrier but we managed to work it out

Great apartment, just like it appears in the pictures. Very well equipped, we had everything we needed to cook! Super comfortable for one couple, or even including a child. Location is just superb, beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would definitely stay again :)

Nico and Caro super friendly, they waited for us for having had flight delay. The super comfortable dpto for us 2. Bathroom, shower power, heating and fan (touched us days of 30 degrees), super comfortable bed, everything as expected. Super recommended. I hope to be back soon!!

I stayed 3 nights, it was just like the photos. No surprises or hassles.

We arrived at the accommodation on a rainy day and from the 0 minute they were super friendly and attentive, both Florence and Laura. The apartment is divine, has a beautiful view and is well equipped. There is flexibility for both check-in and check-out times. The only thing to take into account is the climb up to the apartment, which will be 200m but is also not so steep. We felt at home. We would definitely stay again!
