We felt very comfortable in the accommodation The terrace is well equipped but from noon very sunny is just south side alternatively you can just sit on the other side of the house there is always shady, The only drawback is the suction in the bathroom, which has a very long running time of up to 1.5 hours.

Great AirBNB, very cozy and nicely decorated, also plenty of amenities, e.g. for cooking... very comfortable bed. Only 5 minutes to Theresienplatz and the center, there is a Rewe for shopping.

It was a nice time. The place is super nice and everything is modern. Various shopping facilities are within walking distance and Altstatt is a stone's throw away. For our child there was a great garden, for playing and numerous, really impressively beautiful playgrounds within walking distance. The family was super nice. There was also no pressure at the departure. That was just great Thanks very much.

We had a wonderful family weekend with 6 adults and 4 children in the house. We liked the house very much in terms of the layout and furnishings. There was everything we needed - especially 2 large tables in the living room and on the terrace where we could eat together. Really well suited for larger groups. We also liked the proximity to the forest, the natural lake and the park with beautiful play facilities for all ages. We highly recommend the place.

All around a successful stay in Julia's house. We (5 people) rented both apartments, which was very convenient (separate but still together in one house). Great: Parking in front of the house. We loved that we were allowed to rent the house for just two nights. The location was great for us, as we were quickly at Rothsee from Julia's house (triathlon). Great old house that has been very tastefully renovated. Absolutely recommended 👍😊

Sandra is a warm host with super fast response time. The place was perfect - very clean and equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable right away.

We (2 adults, 2 children) felt very welcome and comfortable in Barbara's little paradise for a week. A beautifully restored, well-equipped and charming cottage, quietly located on the edge of the forest. For the little ones there was a sandbox, a swing and a "bathtub", so we could also just make ourselves comfortable in the deck chair... The contact with Barbara and Günter was really nice and there were also helpful tips for excursions in the area. We'd love to come back to paradise next to hell (adjacent nature reserve)

If you are looking for a relaxed accommodation with a few people, you will be super satisfied here. The house and furniture are a bit older, but very clean. The sauna use was also great!:)

Nicole is an excellent host. Communication with her is smooth. The house is even more beautiful for me personally in reality than in the pictures. The equipment is absolutely modern; the technology (sauna, hot tub, etc.) works. You feel "at home" very quickly. An absolute recommendation on my part.

We met there for a family weekend. Since we had a toddler with us, we especially liked the many toys available there - magical things. We had a lot of space and the dining table is really a communicative meeting place. - And suddenly you don't miss a TV and play with the beautiful board games available there. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather, because otherwise we would have loved to use the seats on the terraces. Everything is just very nicely designed. The modern, spacious bathrooms on both floors are also great. Thank you for everything.

Nice and spacious place to stay. Easy communication with Eva. The bus to the city center is only 2 minutes away. The connections are good until late in the evening. There is a lot of parking space in the street where you can leave the car free of charge.

Everything is available, everything is neat, very good shower and well-equipped bathroom. Plenty of towels and soaps. Big terrace. So just positive comments.

The house is wonderful, spacious, warm and beautifully furnished, everything you need is there and more besides. And a lovely sauna! Very kind and responsive hosts, they sorted out a minor hitch for us very promptly. They were friendly and helpful, left us to it but were there if we needed anything. Can't fault it at all, thank you so much, we had a great stay.

There were three of us there for a total of 5 nights and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is very clean and the old town is wonderfully within walking distance. By car, you can reach the Baggersee in 10 minutes! Would book the apartment again.

It's a gorgeous apartment! Simply super nicely decorated, you immediately feel at home. It was all spotlessly clean. The surroundings and the location were great. Quiet location, nice parking situation and very quiet. The roller blinds on the windows made it possible to darken everything well. In the kitchen there was everything, cooking utensils really at their best. We'd love to come back next time! I would highly recommend anyone.

We highly recommend Joel's place and would book here again. The apartment is on the upper floor of a new single-family house with private access via an external staircase. Parking is available right on the driveway in front of the house. The amenities of the apartment are really great, everything has been thought of to feel comfortable as a guest.
