Our lovingly renovated and very well equipped 2-room apartment on the ground floor of the old paper mill of 1539 offers coziness and comfort. It is about 57 m², very comfortable for two, but the couch in the living room can be converted into a comfortable queen-size double bed for two more people. There is also a shared yoga and exercise room (approx. 30 sqm) available, which invites you to do yoga, meditation, and punching bag training. Use at your own risk; parents are liable for their children.

Despite its immediate proximity to the center, there is not much to be felt from the nocturnal old town bustle of the city center. Ostengasse is a traffic-calmed bicycle street. It is only a few meters' walk to the city center.

Both bathrooms and the kitchen are newly renovated and offer everything you need. The open architecture gives the accommodation a special flair. Please note that the two rooms are connected by the stairs, and therefore not separated by a door.
