Our lovingly renovated and very well equipped 2-room apartment on the ground floor of the old paper mill of 1539 offers coziness and comfort. It is about 57 m², very comfortable for two, but the couch in the living room can be converted into a comfortable queen-size double bed for two more people. There is also a shared yoga and exercise room (approx. 30 sqm) available, which invites you to do yoga, meditation, and punching bag training. Use at your own risk; parents are liable for their children.

Unser Gästehaus befindet sich in sonniger Südhanglage. Nach aufwendiger Sanierung stehen Ihnen zwei liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer, ein modernes Appartement sowie eine charmante Ferienwohnung zur Verfügung. Die großzügigen Zimmer haben alle einen Balkon. Wir freuen uns, Sie als unsere Gäste begrüßen zu dürfen. Wichtige Information: 2025/2026 wird auf dem Nachbargrundstück ein Wohnhaus gebaut. Der Rohbau wurde 2025 fertiggestellt, 2026 erfolgt der Innenausbau. Es kann daher zu Baulärm kommen.

In Siegenburg (4 km) finden Sie Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Freibad. Für Familien stehen Fahrräder, Spielsachen, Tischtennis, Kicker und ein Spielbereich im Freien zur Verfügung. Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

There is a spacious kitchen-living room , 1 bedroom and daylight bathroom with corner bath and balcony with seating. "Digital Detox" is our top priority (conscious waiver of wifi). The apartment has a LAN connection. A car parking is just in front of the house. A public playground is right across the property. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and animal-free.

The apartment with a spacious balcony was newly built in 2018 in the center of the village, is accessible by elevator and is located on the upper floor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There are also 2 sofa beds in the living/dining area. We provide towels and bed linens for your stay. The car can be parked in the carport next to the house. For bicycles, there is a separate lockable storage room.

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

Cozy, bright and individually furnished apartment, in Bubach an der Naab, with a beautiful garden including barbecue area. On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

Our stylish and cozy attic apartment invites you to relax. Explore village life and the varied hiking and cycling trails. The nearby World Heritage city of Regensburg also offers many highlights. Just a 5-minute walk to bus and train stations make the car superfluous. Fitters are also welcome. Since the apartment is in the house of my daughter Nadine, she takes care of the guests.
