we booked this apartment last minute on our way back to the uk, what an absolute delight, so retro and stylish, extremely comfortable bed, clean, fabulous city view and close to all amenities that Rennes has to offer. A massive bonus of a parking place, we were met by the owners who were helpful and friendly and were obviously happy to share this fabulous apartment with travellers to experience,

We stayed with friends in this beautiful and large house. The renovation is tasteful and quality, it is aesthetically beautiful and the amenities are numerous. The kitchen in particular. The garden and terrace are pleasant. In the evening we are comfortably seated inside… to read a book in front of the fireplace. Bedrooms and toilets are upstairs. Thank you to Dagmar and Guy for their hospitality and responsiveness to our requests.

A great stay at Romain’s house! The pictures don’t do it justice - the decor is really cool. Sadly too wet to make much use of the lovely terrace. Our son loved the cosy kids room in the attic especially. Handy location close to supermarket and bus stop with frequent buses to the centre. Romain was so friendly and helpful too. Note that the main rooms are upstairs (steep spiral staircase) and bathroom downstairs.

We stayed here to be close to the Parc Expo in Rennes. It was perfect for us - a couple with 2 dogs. The house is as described and it had evertything we needed. The garden was great for our dogs and it was fully fenced. Isabelle was quick to reply and even helped us out and allowed us to checkout late. Really great accomodation, especially with dogs. Isabelle is a great host. And one more things - We were surprised to find really good restaurants with fun atmpsophere in the area. Thank you Isabelle!

We had a delightful stay of 6 days. Lovely outlook from the deck. Easy walk to supermarket. Pretty strolls around the canals. 10 minutes to walk into town and the sights. Easy parking too. Everything worked. Would love to stay there again.

An fabulous apartment in a beautiful example of the local timber-frame architecture. The condition of the rooms and furnishings are exactly as they appear in the photos. I would absolutely recommend this property (and will be). I would point out (for information only) that there can be street noise on some nights. (There are disposable earplugs provided by Michaël which is very thoughtful). Most nights during my stay were fine and remarkably quiet though. Also as this is an historic building there are quirks like the spiral staircase and uneven timber flooring in the access hall. For me this was part of its authentic charm but if you have mobility issues factor this in. Michaël was a professional throughout. I had a hiccup with my travel arrangements on the day, so my arrival was a couple of hours later than planned for. Michaël was responsive throughout and accommodated my changed arrival without issue. This was deeply appreciated (having endured a stressful afternoon).

Alexandra is very responsive and accommodating, the accommodation is great and in a good location.

We stayed for 2 nights with 3 adults and a baby. There were a lot of stairs since the apartment is on the top floor but we didn’t find it too difficult to manage. The place was very clean and comfortable and everything went smoothly and was as expected from the photos in the listing. Small but seemed equipped well enough (we didn’t do any cooking as we opted for eating out or taking away from the many nearby restaurants). The main attraction was the excellent location in the city centre; it was a great home base for exploring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place for a stay in Rennes city centre.

Anthony’s place was great for our 3 nights in Rennes. The location is great, walkable to many places. The apartment is very clean and quiet, bed sheets were very clean, and bed was comfortable. It has every thing we could asked for. Anthony also accommodated our special request. Highly recommend his place. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

Anne-Laure has always been very kind and has always responded quickly to messages. She was very helpful when I couldn't open the door at check-in (the first time it's a little difficult to open, but once you understand how to do it there are no problems). The apartment is as described, it has everything you could need. Very clean bathroom, while some kitchen dishes a little less so. The location is great and convenient. The price is great.

Another booking with Florian for my stay in Rennes. The home is very well maintained and offers proximity to the EHESP. The city center is a 20-minute walk away, a bus stop for the center is located in front of the accommodation allowing you to easily get to several corners of Rennes. Florian was very responsive and available. I highly recommend this place!

The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The welcome upon arrival was very warm and made us feel comfortable. Its location is very convenient because there are a lot of things nearby and at the same time the balcony faces the greenery which allows you to be quiet as well. Recommended

I had a pleasant stay at May's place. I had to participate in the Transmusicales de Rennes and finding this place nearby was a real stroke of luck. The accommodation is impeccable. May is always available and attentive. A delight for any traveler.

This is a bright and spacious apartment that had everything we needed. It was warm and cozy inside and offered a lovely balcony on the warmer days. Ferhat was very helpful and gave us two excellent restaurant recommendations. The huge park across the road has many walking trails and we even found it was possible to walk into the centre ville through the park and along the canal. We didn’t need a car to explore Rennes, though appreciated the convenient car park available under the building for our first night before dropping off our rental car. Overall, very happy with our stay here.

Vincent is a very welcoming and considerate host and the accommodation is well maintained and perfectly equipped. The stay was wonderful and the surrounding area is peaceful and very pleasant to visit. No complaints, the place is perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy nice walks. I had a great time at Jérôme's place. The self check-in was simple and smooth, which is extremely convenient and appreciable. Upon my arrival, I found an impeccable apartment, clean, well arranged and tastefully decorated, everything was there to make you feel immediately comfortable. Even without direct contact, we feel that Jerome is a very attentive host, who thinks of every detail to offer a pleasant and quality experience. Everything was perfectly organized, with clear instructions, functional accommodation and a warm atmosphere The location is ideal, in a quiet neighborhood while still close to all amenities. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable and well thought out stay
