The house is located in a very quiet subdivision close to restaurants and a pizzeria. 15 minutes from Rennes Exhibition Park or Ker Lann Center and 10 minutes from Lohéac Automobile Museum. You will have a double bed, a private bathroom if you are the only guests and a shared bathroom if there are others.
