Perfect location with a magnificent view. I loved walking on the street the little fort which is very close (which is on foot from the accommodation). Adeline was very responsive, flexible and helpful. On the other hand, we were surprised by the lack of parking space reserved for us. In this place, which is very beautiful and touristy, it could have been chaos to find it, but we were very lucky. People who like firm and very firm beds will be happy to sleep here. Thanks a lot for the stay, we recommend it.

This property is in a good location with views on the river. Though above a restaurant, the windows are very sound proof. Nice to be away from the busyness of medieval Dinan, but just a walk away. Host was very helpful.

Staying at Isabelle’s mother’s apartment was a true pleasure. She was so warm and welcoming! I don’t speak French; nonetheless, she overcame the language barrier to make me feel very comfortable. She shared a whole stack of fliers and maps with information about what to do in and around Rennes. Her apartment is impeccably clean and has a special charm. The breakfast she served each morning featured delicious homemade jam and coffee in a traditional bol Breton. The apartment is within easy walking distance of Rennes sights like the Musee Bretange, Musee des Beaux Arts and Parc Thabor. I really loved my stay!

A very nice place to recharge and enjoy a break in the countryside. Perfect for lovers of stoves and fireplaces, there are almost everywhere:-) Christine had left us nice little touches and was very responsive to our requests (including shifting our checkout to 2 hours). And Olivier took care to light us a fire every morning in the Pool area... The house is very well-equipped and nothing is missing. The swimming pool is obviously the highlight of the farm but it is not too chilly because the water does not exceed 26-28 in the winter. It's a shame that the technical room is in the pool area because the heat pump is quite noisy... The only downside will therefore remain... the price, which remains high per night when considering that 2 people can be accommodated at most.

Very pleasant stay at the Moulin de Briand, the accommodation has lots of amenities! The view and the setting are magnificent, very pleasant and responsive hosts!

Beautiful, quirky house with a huge personality. Mel let us in, showed us round, and came to help when the wifi was down! We were very well looked after. Making pizza was a particular highlight. Worth knowing you will be asked for an €800 deposit on arrival. We received ours back in full, promptly.

Pleasant space, room heated on arrival, functional kitchenette with microwave to make a small dish without forcing us to go out, fridge, entertaining TV. Recommended.

A true haven of peace! The accommodation is extremely quiet, perfectly clean and very well-equipped – ideal for relaxing and unwinding thanks to the pool and jacuzzi. The hosts were lovely, very attentive and available throughout the stay. A beautiful place that I would recommend without a second thought. Thank you again for your kind hospitality!

Superb building, very quiet. The decor is beautiful and the setting sublime. An excellent discovery of this very well restored mill. I would definitely recommend this home for both families and work trips.

Great place and the located on the ground floor. It's a good location if you are here for a business trip as a lot of offices are located nearby to the apartment. Additionally, just 15min walk away is an Intermarche, Mcdonalds etc which is convenient for food, groceries and anything to get by. The apartment is great with a TV although not a smart TV, it's decent and place is clean overall with a good kitchen to do simple meal cooking if needed and all the amenities/facilities are there as shown on Airbnb. Great place and value for the price.

We have been coming to this accommodation for several years for a wonderful stay in Broceliande, and we will come back! Ideally located, functional accommodation, with a great view of the pond. The hosting and communication with Nathalie is very pleasant. We highly recommend!!

The home can't be better located. In the heart of Paimpont, quiet and next to the pond. Parking place right in front of the residence.

We stayed in the Merlin apartment, which has a window overlooking the lake. Two days spent in October 2024 during the school holidays in a cozy apartment & cocooning. All the necessary amenities are there, the accommodation is very clean and really true to the photos. I recommend it.

An excellent stay in the pretty village of Paimpont and its forest of Broceliande. Perfectly located accommodation with a very good welcome. Private parking. Very nice, modern and functional accommodation. Thanks Nathalie.

Have a great stay at Philip's. The apartment smelled very good, that's really what struck me when I opened the door. Philippe encountered a small problem before my arrival, but he did what it took to resolve it quickly, without it impacting my stay or me having to deal with it. Thanks to him!

Check-in and check-out are a little stressful for lack of clarity but we ended up joining. Everything else was perfect.
