First there is the exceptional location of the house, north of rance, on a towpath. The views are beautiful , a very privileged, quiet , relaxing place. Starting point for multiple walks. The house is very comfortable, well equipped, nothing missing, everything is of quality. Our hosts are extremely welcoming, attentive, and at the same time discreet. Our stay was an enchantment

This place is in a great location, with a very nice terrace to relax in. The bus stop is close by, making it easy to get around, and a supermarket is also close by. The whitewater stadium is just a few minutes away, which is a real plus. We had a great time!

We had a great time at Pierrette's place. Listing is very clean and as described. The plus, the unoverlooked terrace. The place is located half an hour from Cancale and Saint Malo. Pierrette is very responsive and friendly. I would recommend this place and keep this address very precious for a future stay in the area.

Warm welcome by Arnaud who had lit the fire in the stove for our arrival. Great location with direct view of the pond. Very cozy accommodation and the new terrace layout with a wooden bar table and its 2 stools facing the pond to drink your coffee in the sun is great! Property that we recommend for nature lovers.

Emilie's apartment is located in a quiet location, on the edge of the Canal Saint-Martin, a 10-minute walk from the center of Rennes. The large floor-to-ceiling window gives stunning views of the canal, the apartment is bathed in light all day. There is also a small balcony with a table and chairs that allow you to enjoy the view during a meal or aperitif. The place gives easy access to beautiful canal walks, as well as the Captaincy a 3-minute walk away, a very nice bar with terrace and games. Émilie is very kind and responsive on messaging.

A haven of peace and serenity to rest by the pond and stove. The materials used for the renovation of the building are noble which brings a lot of warmth to this house. The house was perfectly clean, equipped. Émilie's welcome was perfect. The bedding is very good, the calm of the environment allows you to rest. Thank you!

We fell in love with the place from the moment we opened the door. The tasteful furniture and furnishings, the view from the windows and the sense of calm that the property gave us was exactly what we needed. The well equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture, the open plan design and the proximity to the water make this a real find. We enjoyed the electric boat ride on the river, the hike up to the town, the food in the restaurant below and next door and the opportunity to just relax and people watch. The building in the town of Dinan are stunning. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful retreat. I’m sure we will be back.

A very nice place to recharge and enjoy a break in the countryside. Perfect for lovers of stoves and fireplaces, there are almost everywhere:-) Christine had left us nice little touches and was very responsive to our requests (including shifting our checkout to 2 hours). And Olivier took care to light us a fire every morning in the Pool area... The house is very well-equipped and nothing is missing. The swimming pool is obviously the highlight of the farm but it is not too chilly because the water does not exceed 26-28 in the winter. It's a shame that the technical room is in the pool area because the heat pump is quite noisy... The only downside will therefore remain... the price, which remains high per night when considering that 2 people can be accommodated at most.

Idyllic place to spend a few days by the river in a relaxing and refreshing setting! Estelle and Nicolas were very friendly and accommodating , our weekend went wonderfully well:)

Stay in a real family home full of life. We especially appreciated the outdoor games and the cats which are perfect. Nicolas is very nice and responsive.

Beautiful, quirky house with a huge personality. Mel let us in, showed us round, and came to help when the wifi was down! We were very well looked after. Making pizza was a particular highlight. Worth knowing you will be asked for an €800 deposit on arrival. We received ours back in full, promptly.

We stayed in the Merlin apartment, which has a window overlooking the lake. Two days spent in October 2024 during the school holidays in a cozy apartment & cocooning. All the necessary amenities are there, the accommodation is very clean and really true to the photos. I recommend it.
