It is located in the center of Dinard, above the "promenade in the moonlight", near the Prieuré beach and not far from the beach of the Ecluse. Duplex with beautiful views of the port of Les Bas-Sablons and Dinard, in the front row for sunsets on Cap Frehel! With an area of 45 m2, completely renovated in 2019 with quality amenities. Nearby: Les Bas-Sablons beach, restaurants, shops, market. It's just a 10-minute walk along the seawall to reach the city walls. Beautiful walks around the Solidor Tower, the city of Aleth with views of Dinard, the port of Bas-Sablons.
