"A Home Away from Home" From the moment we stepped in, we felt completely at home. The way the apartment was arranged showed so much care—everything was in place, making our stay effortless and comfortable. We loved the added air cooler in hall,it really made relaxing in Kerala’s heat manageable. One of our favorite spots was the beautiful balcony—the perfect place to watch the sunset and enjoy the clouds rolling by. The big-screen TV with great internet and extra speakers made our cricket match and movie nights extra special! It truly meant a great deal to us. The prayer space with a very beautiful English Bible and a small book collection for all age groups added to the cozy vibe.The well-stocked essentials and every little detail made it feel as if we were never away from our home. A huge thank you to Mr.Terry for creating such a warm and thoughtful space. If you’re looking for comfortable and a truly homely experience, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back❤️

I have been staying at Airbnb for a long time, and I have to say that this is one of the best experiences I have had. Squeaky clean place, very very nice hosts. They are always there to help in a very thoughtful and non-intrusive way. We all wished that we could stay there longer. I am certain to stay at this place whenever I am in Thiruvananthapuram again. thanks guys for having us.

Excellent place and an awesome host !! Host Shaly was very caring enquiring all through my travel even before checkin. Checkin and checkout process was so smooth. The entrance to the house is a grill with only one lock. That could be a big problem for those concerned about security. Another major problem was dust. It's not that it wasn't clean, but there was a terrible dust problem. There was dust on the sofa, inside the house, on the floor, and everywhere. Ongoing road construction nearby might have contributed. May not be the same when someone else visits some other time. Attached bathroom is in one room only. And another bathroom is outside the house. Everything else was good. Like, as soon as we mentioned about the dust, they came and cleaned. Always available on phone. It is an easily accessible place with good transportation facilities. Also, It was on the ground floor, so it's convenient for the elderly, those with walking difficulties, and those who have difficulty climbing stairs. Highlight: The host was very welcoming and friendly.

Its an excellent place for friends and family to have a relaxed weekend. This property is well thought and planned to have a positive energy, especially the garden lights at night are brilliant. Me and my friends was here for 2 days, we enjoyed a lot, great hospitaliy by the caretaker.

The property was nice and clean. We were a family of 10 and it was pretty spacious for us. Noel was very responsive and friendly, and he provided early check in which helped us a lot. Only caveat is that the property is located on a very narrow downward slope, which might be difficult to get to and park inside the property, especially on bigger vehicles.

Wonderful place that truly feels like home! Located right in the heart of Trivandrum city center, this cozy and clean home is exactly as shown in the pictures. It's not a luxury stay, but it’s perfect for families or groups of 5 to 6 people looking for a comfortable and convenient place. There are grocery stores and small vegetarian restaurants just a short walk away. All the main attractions in Trivandrum are easily accessible, and getting around is simple with autos and taxis available right outside, plus a nearby bus stop. Jay is a great host—very helpful and responsive—and the check-in and check-out process was completely hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a spacious, homely stay in TVM!

"Wonderful Stay at The Nest - Must Visit Property" We had a fantastic stay at Suneesh's place in Kovalam! The property is absolutely stunning and it looks exactly as pictured. As a family of four, we were initially a bit hesitant since it was a new property without many reviews, but upon speaking with Suneesh we were assured and he helped throughout the booking process. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Lata Aunty (Suneesh's mother). She welcomed us with refreshing homemade lemonade and delicious pastries. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kovalam. Pros: * New and beautifully maintained property without all amenities * 400m to Samudra Beach(5min walk) * Excellent communication and support from Suneesh * Suggestions of nearby attractions were provided * Warm welcome and hospitality from Lata Aunty Overall: We had a wonderful experience, we felt llike home and would definitely stay here again

It was an amazing stay very close to the Padmanabha swamy temple (~4kms) Very cleanly maintained property and makes you feel right at home. Clean Lenin, house smells amazing , good furniture and all electrical equipment is in great condition. 10/10 would recommend and is definitely my go to choice when I visit the city again.

We were 6 ppl ( 4 adults , one 19 year old and one 13 yr old ) . THe place was neat and clean, very close to the Thiruparappu falls, which was our primary requirement . The place was clean, neat and had all basic things that was required for us . We enjoyed the silence and the place in general. Falls is literally a 5 minute walk and so is the boat club. The caretaker Mr SUresh was really polite, friendly and very helpful. We are complete vegetarians, hence we had requested to check on some good place to get us veg breakfast , caretaker took pains to get us breakfast , the food was okay not that great, its not the host's fault but you may have to make your own food if you are particular. Other than that, has parking for 2 cars. The place is a good one for a family

Extremely spacious apartment, room to run around, in fact, with ample amenities, nice surroundings with restaurants and supermarkets, and most importantly, a gracious host. It was a bit hot during the time we stayed but the air conditioning kept us cool. The surrounding environment had a bit of an exciting element to it, being Kerala and full of green vegetation. All inquiries were answered promptly by Zakir. The home was well-maintained, and provided a relaxing stopover in our travels.

Joseph runs the show whilst the more reserved Gerlin supports him whenever needed. They invited us to attend morning Mass with us, and Joseph joined us for a basin of yaqona on our 2nd night. We booked for 3 nights, stayed for 4 and will spend another night whrn we get back to Kovalam next week. The sparklers are comfortable and extremely clean snd tidy. The garden is a haven for flower and fruit lovers. We highly recommend this place if you're looking for a safe, clean and quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of Kovalam Beach.

Beautiful stay at Thiruvananthapuram. Sad we could not stay for more than a day. The house is beautifully decorated and great for long stays. Really well setup, with all amenities you might need. This trip with my friends became more memorable because of the host’s humility and kindness. He himself took initiative and suggested lot of local places to visit. The statutory placement of the building was just right. The rooms were well ventilated and we definitely did not require ac even on the hot sunny day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.
