Thank you so much for letting us stay at your cozy place! We loved fishing off the dock and catching fish, then winding down by the pool with some cocktails and a swim. The location was nice and peaceful. Bed was very comfy and loved the rain shower! Oh yeah, and your quick responses was very much appreciated… thank you again ☺️

The house was really beautiful and peaceful. The bed was comfortable, the ac worked really well. I personally like hearing the sound of the AC, but if you don’t it is loud but they do have a fan. The pool is shareable and at the owners side, but they did give us privacy and closed the blinds. The environment was full of nature, calming, and inviting. Although they did have a ton of construction everywhere we personally didn’t mind.

The amount of attention to detail throughout the lovely home is thoughtful and appreciated. The exceptional hospitality and care given to think of everything one could need to enjoy their stay was thought of. Grace and her staff were attentive and caring while showing respect for our time by providing detail instructions, communication and prompt with follow up. They were accommodating to us and our travel needs. I rather enjoyed the extra detail and touches around the home that stood out to me as going above and beyond!

Great location, close to several beaches. Highly recommend Boca Grande. The home was cozy and offered plenty of games and comfy blankets for lounging around. The pool was heated and peaceful. Very private and a nice canal view. Loved having beach chairs and pool floats to use. Everywhere we looked in this home we found useful surprises including extra spices, an airfryer, and lots of shower supplies. I highly recommend this home for a peaceful getaway.

The location just off I 75 makes it easy to get anyplace on the west coast of Florida. The Punta Gorda exit makes it easy to get to downtown, the Port Charlotte exit with Veterans Highway gets you to all of Port Charlotte and the road at the road to Joe’s will take you to everything in between. Great place to get to and to see the entire area!

Lovely house in Port Charlotte right on a canal with easy access to the harbor. The house was comfortable and spacious for my parents, myself, my husband and our two children. The pictures don't quite capture how clean and updated the house is. The pool area is absolutely perfect, we hung out there every day and spent hours in the pool. There were so many extras provided that we started saying, "if they don't have it here, we don't need it". Snacks and drinks were provided for us, which was just really nice and greatly appreciated. We used the boat almost every day and also fished right off the dock. If we choose to stay in Port Charlotte again we would definitely stay here. Providing a house with a boat included is maybe the best idea I have ever heard. The only bad part was having to leave.

The place had a great layout. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking & to eat in. I’ve been to plenty of airbnbs and this home had everything and more. Highly recommend this place! Host was always responsive as well. Greatly appreciate!

The home was not only nice but also incredibly comfortable, with every detail meticulously thought through to enhance our experience. From the cozy furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen, it felt like a true home away from home. The home was very clean. The pool is wonderful and warm, and if you’re a fan of jacuzzi, you’ll appreciate the sweet addition. The house patio is really nice and relaxing. The area is quiet. Tom, the host was quick in communication, making sure we had everything needed during our stay.

What a beautiful home! Everything was better than described! Comfy beds. Perfect for our family of 4. Husband enjoyed fishing from the pier. The pool was fantastic. Great restaurant recommendations! Great house and great host! Home was super-clean, had very comfortable beds, and had plenty of space to relax. We loved the enclosed backyard area (grill/kitchen/bar area, pool, and hot tub). We would definitely come back next time we are in the area. Property was just as described.

This is an absolutely beautiful house in a gorgeous location. My boys spent the entire day fishing on the dock while we relaxed in the pool. Brianna was extremely communicative and any concerns we had she addressed immediately. We would love to stay here again.

We highly recommend Classy in the Cape. It was a great vacation home with everything we needed. The outdoor area, pool and hot tub were amazing. We also loved the dock seating for morning coffee. Excellent family vacation!

An exceptional place!!! Beautifully decorated with every amenity you would need. The huge front porch afforded us and our pups the joy of a stunning water view and pretty sunsets. The home is very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and a gorgeous kitchen. The large windows let us enjoy every aspect of the pretty view. We got to walk everywhere and were able to enjoy the many local restaurants near by. We even got some fishing done right across the street in the riverfront. The host was very kind and responsive. We truly loved our stay and appreciated that our pups were allowed to join us! Hope to return soon!

We stayed 3 months and enjoyed our stay. 1. Hosts are very responsive. 2. I was impressed at how well the kitchen was set up with basics for cooking. 3. Church was an easy walk and there was a grocery store that was walkable too. 4. Backyard is private and screened porch pleasant. 5. House is small but has a good layout and decor is nice.

It was a lovely home. Beautiful backyard and lanai. I wished there was coffee available bring your own k-cups ☕️

My family and I enjoyed are stay in Punta Gorda, the house was great, we saw wild bunnies, cardinals, horses and really enjoyed our stay. Jessica was a fantastic host. I highly recommend Baddock Ranch reserve park to see animals & if you have a four wheeler Red Neck Mud park is a must too. I ❤️FL.

We were wonderfully blessed to find this house for our family of eight. We enjoyed the pool several times a day, we were centrally located to many beaches and restaurants and stores, and we could walk to WaWa! We had a great experience and would rent this same house again. Communication with the host manager was very good and helpful. We have nothing negative to say! Everything was as we had seen in pictures or read about and it was easy arrival and departure.

The place was perfect for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. We used the boat to go to the sandbar and relaxed while grilling in and around the pool in the evenings. Herby was responsive and very helpful with everything asked. We will be staying again soon!

Very nice place and an exceptional value. It felt like someone's home , not just an income property and we immediately felt right at home there. The neighborhood is quiet and was very safe. There's an awesome park with a boat launch on the bay about 3/4 of a mile away which was within walking/biking distance for us. There aren't any restaurants in the immediate neighborhood but downtown Punta Gorda or Port Charlotte are only about 6 to 8 miles away with plenty of places to go. Laurie is great host and responded very quickly to any messaging. Her place had everything we needed for a month long stay. Looking forward to staying here again.
