Giovanna is really trying to offer her guests the best possible experience! His guide to the area is great and we regularly received tips for activities from him. The accommodation definitely matches the description, is clean, spacious and you have a private parking space! The beds are comfortable and you can find everything you need, even toys for children! The kitchen is also well equipped, with everything you need! We liked that the place is a bit off the beaten path from the noisy city, so you can completely relax after a busy day! Nevertheless, you can be in the middle of the city in about 15 minutes by car! We loved the location! We can fully recommend this property!

Cinzia's was more than helpful.. she offered us to pick us up from the airport when we arrived.. and take us to the train station.. when we were moving on.. Cinzia couldn't do enough for us very helpful..very approachable.. beautiful accommodation as described lovely gardens to sit outside and enjoy the weather.. highly recommend staying at Cinzia.. if I ever come back to Pisa I would definitely stay with Cinzia again.. We had a great stay at this house in Pisa! The location made commuting around the city really easy, and the host was very flexible and accommodating. Perfect spot for a family trip—comfortable, clean, and convenient. Would definitely recommend!

It would be simply impossible to overstate how fantastic our stay here was. We're a well travelled family worldwide, and can honestly say we've never experienced anything quite like this week. The property is a hidden gem nestled in the side of the beautiful ancient village of Peccioli, surrounded by rolling hills of olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Enjoy breakfast/coffee in the private courtyard & gardens with morning sun pouring over you, or settle in for an evening listening to wildlife with a glass of Tuscan wine. The property is well equipped and boasts clean, tasteful sleeping area which my girls greatly enjoyed sleeping in the ceiling/mezzanine space! However, the big differentiator is Elena herself. You would be lucky to meet such a beautiful, warm, kind and sincere lady. She helped us enormously with local knowledge & advice about places we'd never have found, and can now say we'll never forget. Elena made this stay amazing, and we'll be coming back!!

Our stay was simply fantastic! The place was beautifully located, very neat and tastefully decorated. The large pool in particular was a highlight – ideal for relaxing and refreshing on warm days. The surroundings were quiet and offered magnificent views of the Tuscan countryside. Cristina was a fantastic host – warm, helpful and always available. We felt comfortable from the first moment.

Guido's house was absolutely spotless. Clean, cosy, lovely garden, great jacuzzi. The view from to bedroom was fantastic. We loved the company of cat Gianluigi. The house offers everything one needs when on vacation, even more. I absolutely recommend Guido and Francesca's lovely casa. Well done.

Beautiful and rustic farmhouse placed in ancient olive grove. We had six adults and were extremely comfortable for our two week stay. Some days we never got out of the clean and refreshing pool. Family dinners were prepared in the perfectly functional kitchen served in the courtyard dining table Nicola was always availableto answer whatever ever came up. Loved the house and our Tuscan vacation

I would give 10 stars if possible! What a wonderful Airbnb - one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful and clean house, and so peaceful with breathtaking views and in a fantastic village with lots of walking as well as a sweet little restaurant and a handy shop which was open from early until late. A very easy drive to Lucca and lots of other sweet villages in the hills. We also did a fantastic hike right from the front door. The kitchen and bathroom were very thoughtfully equipped and the BBQ was an excellent bonus. Elisa and Roberto were so lovely and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone - and may even return myself one day so I can sit on that beautiful terrace and take in those views again.

I would 100% recommend this air bnb, full of character and great location. Place was clean and had air conditioning and the baloney gets the sun in evening. The bed was comfy and clean also. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely apartment in a villa, independent entrance and garden, maximum privacy guaranteed in a very quiet setting. Excellent starting point for visiting the cities of cultural interest on the Tuscan hills and those by the sea. The supplies of dishes, towels, sheets, etc., are impeccable, the description on the listing corresponds to what you will find. Marco and his parents are loving, a welcome pleasure to have met them. Everything is perfect, highly recommended.

Clear and understandable instructions from Matteo. For 4 people it was the perfect apartment in the centre of Pisa, 10-15 minutes from the main sights. The accommodation was clean and tidy, highly recommended.

The apartment is a gem: impeccably furnished, bright, welcoming, comfortable and equipped with every comfort. The location is great with restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, a souvenir shop, a pharmacy, a park, and the sea 2 minutes' walk away. We stayed with our dog and there is a perfect beach to take her swimming without disturbing the bathers. I hope to return to Alessio soon.

Lorenzo's apartment was great. Since there is a baby cot and a high chair for babies, the stay with our 10-month-old son was very pleasant. The apartment is very modernly furnished and clean. Lorenzo was a courteous and friendly host. It is about a 20-25 minute walk to Pisa city center. Thanks a bunch

Staying with Mauro was great! Even the organization and the simple booking were great. The property is located in a private street, so the stay was mega quiet for a big city. It's a great location for exploring Toscana.

We had a very relaxing week at Franco’s property. The place was well appointed including the full kitchen and we really enjoyed sitting outside with a glass of wine looking over the beautiful countryside. A perfect retreat. Highly recommended

Beautiful place. 20 minute walk from airport. 5 minute walk from train station. We walked from airport and found the apartment easily enough. marco extremely knowledgable and gave great instructions and recommendations of the area. Apartment was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend if you want easy access to transport and if you want to be in a less touristy area. Can’t thank Marco enough for such a wonderful stay. Even the little details like a sewing kit, bathroom essentials, maps, brochures and a pod coffee machine. Their fridge is full of drinks(at a reasonable cost) when you arrive too. Had a good nights sleep on the single beds. Amazing!

Absolutely loved stopping in Paolo's place. Perfect location for a visit to Pisa, Florence and Lucca, and immaculate apartment. Roof terrace was a real bonus, and Paolo was really helpful and friendly. First class.

We were met by Besi and made us feel welcomed. The apartment met our need and Besi was available to make our stay memorable.

Firstly what a wonderful person Moira is and an absolute pleasure to meet. We were contacted by Moira who advised that she had a meeting later in the day and asked if we could meet early to check-in; excellent. Moira was really friendly and greeted us warmly. She showed us around the apartment and explained where everything was. We paid our occupancy taxes and she went to her meeting. Our initial look around demonstrated that the furnishing and presentation of the apartment was exactly as described in the wording on the site and the photos illustrated. The bed and sofa were both firm but comfortable and the kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates, cups and glasses etc that you would ever need. The shower was nice and hot and well ventilated. The addition of an outdoor space is a real plus as an additional somewhere to sit and leave clothing to dry. The location of the apartment is excellent; within easy walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants - we will certainly plan to return.

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few meters over the dune and a wonderful beach opens up. There are beautiful beach bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with lots of details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had a 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Still, Sharon was there for us at 11pm. That was great.

We had an great stay at this apartment. The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around. We especially appreciated the very clear instructions provided, and the apartment itself was surprisingly spacious. A truly comfortable experience!

The apartment is great for three adults and even a couple with two small children. Everything is very clean, comfortable and in a quiet but well-connected area. The hosts were kind and very attentive, they notified us when the apartment was ready in case we wanted to check in early. They were all easy on their part. A manual with instructions for appliances and recommendations for getting around Pisa has been very useful to us. Without a doubt, it is a highly recommended apartment.

It's a very spacious (~80 sq. meters) apartment on the ground floor. It has a separate entrance from the street. We enjoyed good rest there. The owner was helpful and recommended good restaurants. Easy to walk from/to the airport.

Laura was so responsive to all my questions. She met me at the Airbnb to show me which keys were for specific locks. She gave me an in depth tour of everything her place had to offer. She gave me suggestions for food and taxis. I highly recommend this stay and please treat it like your own home and respect her space since it's an awesome stay.
