Villa vacation rentals in Province of Pisa

I am a guide and I accompanied a group of clients with their 4-legged friends for a long weekend in Pisa. The property was perfect for us, spaces for everyone's privacy, a large garden for our dogs, a large kitchen for meals in freedom, the garden for yoga and sunbathing and relaxing at the end of the day. I often travel with my clients and their dogs, this solution for my business is EXCELLENT, because I have clients with special needs who also love privacy and cozy, clean and well-kept places. It would be a dream to find properties like this more frequently!

We chose this location as the first place to stay for our honeymoon trip and we really relaxed there. It was so quite, so calm, so intimate, it felt like home. The pool was clean, the view was amazing, so amazing that we preferred to prepare food or to buy something warm from the nearest Coop market and to eat it on our terrace than to go to a restaurant. The kitchen is small, you can prepare there only simple dishes. I totally recommend this house if you want privacy and a relaxing holiday.

The place is really wonderful and perfect for e.g. several couples, as each room has its own bathroom. You can enjoy the sun in the beautiful outdoor area and in the pool. However, you should not be disturbed by frogs that croak at night. The well-equipped kitchen and barbecue make the accommodation perfect. The only downside was the neighbors' barking dogs in the early morning hours, but with the window closed, it's fine. The house is only accessible via a rocky gravel path, but it works if you follow Massimiliano's directions :) Otherwise, you can easily reach cities such as Livorno, Pisa or Lucca from the house by car. Overall, a clear recommendation for accommodation and host!

Beautiful House and super friendly host.

We had a fantastic relaxing stay at this place. The house was large and had everything you need to make yourself comfortable. The house and garden offered a great atmosphere with its nice places to sit and relax or having our meals. Thank you Elena and Eugenio for your hospitality and great service.

We spent our summer vacation with 2 children (before the start of the season) for 2 weeks. We all liked it very much and felt very welcome right away. The hosts are very helpful and yet not intrusive. They give you a lot of privacy. After a week, we were proactively asked if we wanted new towels and bed linen. The children were very welcome. The clean, large and free beach can be reached via a private road, which can be traveled by bike or car. It was just beautiful and we will certainly come back again.

We had a great stay at the villa. It is a little off the beaten path from Lucca, but very quiet. The furnishings are designed with a lot of love for detail and the entire accommodation is very clean. We were happy with everything around. Only the driveway is an adventure and can only be done with a small car.

We really had an amazing stay! The location is ideal and peaceful, a real haven of peace in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. The pool is beautiful, with stunning views. The accommodation is very charming, very functional and very clean! Eugenia is welcoming, extremely kind, available while being discreet, and offers good advice. Beautiful house, amazing view. A little bit remote but very quiet and peaceful. We were 4 adults and 3 children (3,4 and 7 years old) and we had an amazing time. Caterina and Francesco are very helpful and give as much advice as needed.

Great stay! Could be stated on AirBnB that you had to pay tourist tax to the host, 1 Eur per adult over 14 years per day. A bit annoying to find out when you were leaving.

Completely beautiful house for our stay in Tuscany. Ideal locations to unwind and relax in one of the most beautiful landscapes of Tuscany. The villa was even more beautiful than the pictures. I would definitely go back. What can I say about the pool and the size of the estate, incredible. Everything was perfect, I recommend it.

A Great Tuscan Retreat This Airbnb villa in Tuscany was an absolute gem! Surrounded by stunning landscapes, it offered wonderful views and a peaceful escape. The amenities were just right, ensuring a comfortable stay, including a pristine pool that was cleaned daily. Its location was ideal—within 30 minutes to an hour of Tuscany’s must-visit cities, making day trips effortless by car (we haven’t used public transportation). The hosts were incredibly welcoming, offering good recommendations, including Chef Irene, who prepared an unforgettable Tuscan lunch for us at the villa. This is a fantastic destination for a family vacation. I highly recommend it.

We had a great week with friends at Villa Nicolai. The house is furnished in Tuscan style and has everything you need. The garden with pool was simply fantastic and was also a paradise for the two little ones to romp around. We also have two cribs and high chairs available. We would immediately go back to the villa and the hosts were also very friendly and reachable at all times and fulfilled all our wishes.

Typical Italian House, very large with large bedrooms and equally large toilets. Being a typical Italian house, old though with good structure, it remembers those very large mansions... decor is felt in another time! Quiet place. Host is 5 stars, always responds promptly with solutions. The possibility to hire Lunch or Dinner service for some special event, in my case, a birthday that was a magical evening, with typical Tuscan dinner very well prepared, decorated, tasty with live music (jazz).

We had a wonderful time in the villa and would highly recommend staying there for a relaxing vacation surrounded by olive trees. Beatrice was a lovely host. Thank you 🤍

Fantastic location in the middle of an olive grove, very quiet, no neighbors. There is a lot to discover in the house and property. Since the house is about 3 km outside, you should be mobile. The hosts were always very responsive.

We (7 girlfriends) enjoyed the stay in the villa very much! The house, especially the front yard and pool, are wonderful. Maria is great! She has sent us a lot of tips about the area (also the necessary things, such as shopping). In addition, we were surprised with a very fine cake and if you needed anything, there was a very quick response. The villa is well equipped and the surroundings beautiful. There is plenty of parking. Only the potholes and the access to the villa are a bit challenging - but doable!

Antonella’s villa is absolutely beautiful! It’s down a quiet, tucked-away road, and when you arrive, the views of the valley are just stunning. If you’re after a peaceful, private getaway with your family or friends, this is the spot. The house is comfortable, nicely furnished, and has everything you could need. The town of Palaia is close by with some great, authentic restaurants that don’t feel touristy at all, and the grocery stores nearby are well-stocked. Antonella and her husband were so kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Such a wonderful stay, definitely recommend!

Lovely location, remote but exactly why we chose it. Idyllic surroundinga and lots of amazing places to visit an hours drive in every direction, some less. Place was exactly what we hoped.
