Wonderful dependance of a rustic house in the Tuscan countryside. You are free to use the common spaces as the garden, the swimming pool 12x5 meters (open from May until September) and parking spot. The accommodation has a private entrance and a private outdoor space for breakfasts and lunches to enjoy in the silence. Inside you will find a studio apartment with a queen size bed, wardrobe, bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with table, all renovated and furnished in a simple tuscan style.

The accommodation is located on a country farm, a 5-minute drive from the center of Volterra. After Porta Diana, take a short stretch of the Municipal road of S. Margherita until you reach a dirt road, the sign Bosco dell'Iris Nero leads you, along a 900-meter path, to the location. Here there are chestnut trees, olive trees, flowers and a pleasant view of the valley. You can meet roe deer, porcupines and wild boars. The cuckoo, the hoopoe, and the woodpecker inhabit the surrounding forest.

This is a small independent apartment on our property in a quiet residential area of Pontedera, the city where the "VESPA" was born. It is surrounded by a large garden with a solarium. It consists of a living room with kitchen and sofa bed and a bathroom. The property is new. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: large fridge, oven, induction, toaster, citrus juices, microwave, etc. Next door is a wooden pergola.

The two-room apartment occupies the ground floor of the house, has a separate entrance and garden for private use.
