Vacation rentals with breakfast in Province of Pisa

Alessandro was very kind and helpful. The ironing board was missing, which could be useful, and he got it new the next day. Mea Culpa, I had to leave the apartment first and was courteous to me. Available and responsive.

Stefania is a very helpful and welcoming person. The chalet is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature. The property is clean, equipped with all the comforts and is very nice and cozy. I plan to go back at the first opportunity. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had a very pleasant stay. The house is decorated nicely in sixties style. It has all ammeneties required for a great stay. The airconditioning was very useful with the warm weather in Tuscany. The kids loved the swimming pool (the son of the owner came to clean it a few times, so was always in good condition). You have a great view from the terraces. The garden and terraces are bigger in reality as compared to the pictures. From Santa Maria a Monte we could easily visit Lucca/Pisa, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, ... One recommendation if you plan to do the same, take an extra day to also enjoy the house and its garden. We regret we planned already a lot of visits and didn't spend a full day at the house and in the pleasant village. Highly recommend to stay here for a great vacation in Tuscany!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay in Castiglioncello! We had an amazing time staying at Luca’s apartment. The place is spacious! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a lovely balcony where we enjoyed relaxing in both mornings and evenings. The location is fantastic, just a 2 minute walk to the beach, also not far from the city center, it’s calm and peaceful. There are also several delicious restaurants nearby, and even the neighbors were super friendly. Luca was an incredible host, very welcoming and kind. He even picked us up from the train station and gave us a helpful introduction to the apartment and the area. Check in and check out time is also very flexible. One thing to note is that the apartment is close to the train tracks, so you might hear some noise. But it didn’t bother us that much. Overall, we were super satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!!!

It was amazing! The house is in a secluded scenic location, the condition of the property exceeded all expectations. Very accommodating and soulful I didn't want to leave. The hostess is very friendly and kind, answered all our questions and gave the necessary instructions. On the back of the house there is a small store with everything you need, however, it was difficult to find it, there is no sign on it. Behind the house is a small cafe, in the morning they bought delicious croissants. If you walk past the cafe a little further, you will go to a small bridge that has a great view of the surrounding area. I recommend going there in the morning. We recommend the place to everyone. If we are still passing through Tuscany, we will definitely stay there!

An all-around successful stay at Simona's! Check-in went smoothly. Communication with Simona couldn't be better, she took extremely loving care of us! The tips for the area were really great and she was always available to us. Also the equipment of the apartment is excellent. From the iron to the coffee machine inc. Coffee is all there. What might bother others a little would be the proximity to the SS1 and the somewhat outdated pool. This did not bother us and we enjoyed the view of the sea every night. We will definitely come back! Thanks for the great stay! :)

Great place at a great price

We had a wonderful stay in Sassetta. The place was in a sweet alley with a beautiful view. We received a note from Debora with which we were allowed to park for free and also drive to the village for loading and unloading the suitcases. The number of parking was limited, but we were always lucky to get a parking space. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable. A freshly made crib was also available to us. In the evening, when it was no longer so hot, we were very happy to walk in the dreamy village. There are sculptures scattered around and other art objects that we were able to marvel at. The beautiful village church is also recommended. Sassetta and thus staying at Le Dame del Borgo "is a highlight on our Italy tour. Thank you Debora!

Antonella is a formidable person, she welcomed us in a wonderful way, formidable communication, impeccable cleanliness of the house. The house is very spacious and beautiful, it is divided into two levels. Mrs. Antonella literally treated us as if we were her children, I have never seen a host leave a house so equipped with food and drinks during the reception, excellent breakfast. He also offered to pick us up at the station and took us back to get the train the next day (which is not obvious) it never happened, especially on a special day of general strike of vehicles at a regional level. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to all people who plan to stay in the area. Thanks again Antonella for your availability and cordiality, see you soon!

Francesco’s place is beautiful and peaceful. We were welcomed with open arms. The location was easy to find and parking was convenient. The room was very clean and just like the photos. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. We loved the coffee. There is also a little store just a walk away to grab snacks. We had dinner twice at La Conca and loved it! We would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone and hope to return someday.

George is a great guy, extremely amicable and attentive, and he made our stay in Pisa very pleasant and memorable.

The apartment had an amazing location because it was 2 minutes walk from the tower of Pisa. The Airbnb felt homely and comfortable. We slept really well each night. There was a stunning view over the mountains from the balcony, that I spend half an hour each morning enjoying. I really enjoyed spending time with the 2 dogs (Schnauzers) that live with Cristina, who are very friendly. I hope I can stay again next time I visit Pisa!

Our stay at the B&B Sottomonte was simply fantastic. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Adam, the host – you immediately feel at home. Adam was not only incredibly friendly, but also extremely helpful: He gave us great tips on excursions, restaurants and hidden highlights in the area that made our vacation really special. The house itself is beautifully located – in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, quiet and idyllic. Our room was lovingly furnished, very clean and comfortable. We particularly liked the breakfast – fresh, regional and prepared with love. Sottomonte is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the real Tuscan lifestyle. We would have liked to have stayed longer and will definitely be back. Thank you, Adam, for this unforgettable time!

Wow what a place. This is a genuinely amazing property hidden in the hills of Tuscany. The house is one of a few in a secluded hamlet owned by Petra’s family and is surrounded by forest providing privacy and tranquility. The house is beautifully appointed and is sparkling clean. The upstairs rooms have panoramic eastern views, perfect for watching the sunrise. We even spotted a few deer grazing in the morning. Petra is a kind host who helped organise a dinner booking in a neighbouring restaurant and cooked an excellent breakfast including strong Italian coffee. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who wants a peaceful base from which to explore Tuscany - it’s only a 10min drive to San Gimignano. Thanks Petra for being such a gracious host. We look forward to staying again in the future.
