Bryan’s Air BnB in Princeville is splendid! We feel in love with the place as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is spacious, and very well stocked and equipped. The decor and furniture is set up in such a way that makes one feel instantly at home. The bedrooms have air conditioners and comfy beds as well as separate washrooms. Having a washer and dryer as well as access to lawn chairs, coolers, beach blankets and more was definitely a bonus! The condo is located in a quiet and secure gated community that is close to shopping and restaurants. Bryan was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He also provided us with information about places to visit and activities to partake in. I would highly recommend Bryan’s Air BnB.

My husband and I loved our stay; it exceeded all expectations. We really appreciated the excellent communication and wonderful hospitality. Beautiful condo; amazing setting. We hope to be back one day!

This house and community were great for our family. Clean, beautiful pool, tons of toys and chairs for the beach, and just a short drive to Hanalei. Would definitely stay here again

Ryan’s place is in a great location. We could easily get to the beach, restaurants, etc. walking or via Uber.

Great place to stay in Princeville! Great amenities in the Airbnb to make living there easier. The condo does stay comfortable and cool through breezes and fans. Note that a rental agreement and your personal e-mail address are required for rental. Nothing significant is in the agreement but it is not noted in the listing.

We had a fabulous time staying in Princeville. The Airbnb was a perfect location and absolutely beautiful. Peter was extremely helpful and responsive the whole time. We loved having the bbq on the patio so we can have the kids come over from their resort for dinner. When asking Peter at last minute for a late checkout the next day, he responded quickly and was very accommodating which was extremely helpful and appreciated. It gave us some extra time with my kids and grandson. We will definitely be booking again! Thanks again for everything!

This is a great little place within walking distance of anything you’ll need. Very clean and comfortable. They provide everything you’ll need for a day snorkeling on a local beach. We loved our stay and hope to return.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Erin. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Super ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Viele Strandutensilien zur Verfügung, sogar ein Surfbrett stand bereit.

Instructions were simple and not overwhelming. Smooth workflows. I appreciated the welcome email I got with suggestions on things to do locally.

We loved our stay! The space matched the photos, and the location was wonderful. So lovely having coffee out on the patio each morning. There’s a little walk (somewhat steep but very doable) down to a nearby secluded beach. Easy to get into Hanalei and other nearby activities. Andra was a fantastic and communicative host. Would definitely return!

Perfect time and perfect location. We loved our home for the week. Peaceful and quiet and a great place to come home to after long days of exploring. You will have beautiful black cats with green eyes and colorful roosters outside your door and the space is tranquil, well organized for everything you need and really cute. Being next door to grocery shopping and great food options was absolutely perfect. We hated to leave. Thank you Diana for sharing the gift of your lovely home! We hope to come back in 1 year! This was our second time staying at Olfat’s place, and it was just as incredible as the first. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located in Princeville. The kitchen is great for cooking, and having laundry on-site is a welcomed bonus. Communication was stellar, and everything was easy to find with convenient parking. The morning rain was stunning, adding to the serene atmosphere. Plus, it’s just a short drive to some of the best beaches in the world. Highly recommend—looking forward to returning!

Ryan was a great host. We loved the rainbow shack! It was a spacious and beautifully decorated home. Everything was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals. We also utilized the office/work area. Our two boys were at the pool everyday. Location is convenient and a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Thank you for a great stay!

We LOVED this place. The views were amazing, the interior was so well decorated and spotless. We were so grateful for the beach amenities provided (chairs, umbrella, cooler backpack). The availability of AC was important to us while booking but in the five days we stayed, we never turned it on because the ocean breeze and fans were so perfect. We truly felt at home.

As always ours was a wonderful time. This is our family home away from home. Ena's improvements have made it even better. Beach and pool offer all we need. Farmers Market and great restaurants all walking distance and , of course, the best bakery on the island, Passion Bakery just down the street doesn't hurt. It is modest compared to the big condos but the beach is at your toes. The kitchen has everything you need, lovely beds, outdoor table for dining and lots of water toys. We love it!

We loved Jamie’s home! It was in the perfect location in Princeville. The home had great energy and she is SO kind. We loved the north shore, the area of her home, being close to restaurants, views, beaches, etc. We had no problem walking through her kitchen to the separate apartment area. It’s very private and the beds are extremely comfortable. We can’t wait to come back! Mahalo 🤙🏽

Karla's place is absolutely amazing! it was spotless, spacious, and had everything we need and I mean everything... beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkel gear, floaties, coolers, every kitchen item you can think of, every bathroom item you need, the beds were actually really comfortable, plenty of towels (including beach towels), parking was plentiful, the pool and BBQ were great. The Lanai was a great hangout spot for breakfast and dinner. I can't think of one complaint... honestly. Karla was so extremely flexible with our check in and check out. I couldn't be happier. we can't wait to come back to Karla's and stay again!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Kauai Airbnb! The space was beautifully designed and thoughtfully decorated—it truly felt like a luxurious retreat. Every detail was carefully considered, and it had everything we could have possibly needed (and more!). You can tell how much care and effort went into creating such a welcoming and functional home. It was especially perfect for families—our kids loved the bunk beds and were thrilled with all the toys and beach gear available. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I’m very particular about bedding, and I have to say—their beds and linens were amazing. I slept so well every night! I also really appreciated the high-quality touches like the delicious coffee and the luxury shampoo and conditioner they provided. Honestly, I felt like I overpacked because the home had everything we needed already there. This place is a true gem and made our time in Kauai extra special. Highly recomme

Very beautiful, spacious place. Everything was perfect. We all loved it! And it is in the best location on the island, perfectly situated to explore the spectacular north of Kauai.

The bed was ridiculously comfortable. Best pillows, too. I loved the smart TV downstairs in the living room—Hula, Netflix, Max and more (have to have your own subscription). It was peaceful and the location was excellent. 8 min drive to all the restaurants in Hanalei. Other guests left things like sunscreen, cleanser and shaving cream, which I appreciated. Lisa provides laundry detergent, coolers and towels for beach days, comfortable blankets for sleeping and or watching TV, and filtered water. I’m selective when booking Airbnbs and this one did not disappoint. Highly recommended
