Bryan’s Air BnB in Princeville is splendid! We feel in love with the place as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is spacious, and very well stocked and equipped. The decor and furniture is set up in such a way that makes one feel instantly at home. The bedrooms have air conditioners and comfy beds as well as separate washrooms. Having a washer and dryer as well as access to lawn chairs, coolers, beach blankets and more was definitely a bonus! The condo is located in a quiet and secure gated community that is close to shopping and restaurants. Bryan was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He also provided us with information about places to visit and activities to partake in. I would highly recommend Bryan’s Air BnB.

This house and community were great for our family. Clean, beautiful pool, tons of toys and chairs for the beach, and just a short drive to Hanalei. Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay in Princeville! Great amenities in the Airbnb to make living there easier. The condo does stay comfortable and cool through breezes and fans. Note that a rental agreement and your personal e-mail address are required for rental. Nothing significant is in the agreement but it is not noted in the listing.

Absolutely the best stay we have had in a while. From the host’s proactive email to us with very clear check in instructions,, to the concierge activity services, everything was a dream. The place is beautiful, modern, and looks exactly like the photos. It was perfect and spacious for our family of 5. The kitchen is a gourmet kitchen and fully stocked with everything- crockpot, coffee bean grinder, plenty of pots and cooking utensils. The washer/dryer was a plus. Our kids loved their daily pool time after relaxing around Kauai. Walkable to 2 shopping centers and the beach. Everything else is just a few miles away! We enjoyed relaxing and slowly starting each day in the condo, and ending it in the condo. Two beautiful lanais and we appreciated the fan on the lanai. Check out was also so easy. No fuss or extra requirements. Definitely will come back here when we return to Kauai.

This was our second stay and the condo did not disappoint! We love the location near the beach and pool, and felt very comfortable in the unit. It is comfortably lived in and there is some wear and tear on finishes, but nothing that detracted from our stay. We hope to return again soon.

Great condo & location to beach & other activities in the area.

The property is fantastic. It is a quiet neighborhood of houses and condos super close to Poipu beach. There was plenty of nearby parking. A/C blows cold when we needed a break from the sun and heat. Amenities as described. The photos were accurate. The balcony is a pleasant place to have morning coffee and listen to the local birds.. We enjoyed the spacious layout of the property for my wife and I, and our three teenagers. Nathan was great as our host. We had a small issue getting the TV to work and Nathan was quick to respond and direct us how to use the cable tv app. (User error on our part). Nathan provided some good local recommendations. We had a great time! Thank you!!

This is a great little place within walking distance of anything you’ll need. Very clean and comfortable. They provide everything you’ll need for a day snorkeling on a local beach. We loved our stay and hope to return.

We were very happy to hear we could check in earlier as we requested since we were already staying in the island at a different home. The place was better than the pictures described. It is an end unit so you get extra lighting and more privacy. Truly felt like home. Parking is right outside your door. If you have kids that is very convenient. Inside every room was spacious and bright. We enjoyed watching the birds and roosters (chickens) from the balcony. The kitchen also had a great bay window if that inspires you to cook a little. Would definitely stay here again! The host also provided sand toys and towels. Even boogie board and bikes! All you need. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We loved our stay here and I am picky about where we stay. Condo was clean, cozy and stylish. Host was super responsive and helpful. It had all the amenities we needed. Absolutely zero complaints and would stay here again. Will definitely recommend to friends and family traveling to Kauai. Thanks!

Ryan’s place is in a great location. We could easily get to the beach, restaurants, etc. walking or via Uber.

Very clean and spacious. Loved the kitchen which was well equipped for making a Thanksgiving feast. Close to swimming pool and adjacent to golf course. Lots of walking trails. Trips to Hanalei Bay were early morning to avoid the traffic hangups due to road construction at the one way bridge! Our family would consider using it again if available. PS- weather was fabulous with cool trade winds and no rain for 9 days! Last year was different but that’s what keeps Kauai green!

Ryan was a great host. We loved the rainbow shack! It was a spacious and beautifully decorated home. Everything was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals. We also utilized the office/work area. Our two boys were at the pool everyday. Location is convenient and a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Thank you for a great stay!

Absolutely magical!! We loved our stay at Tia and Jeremiah’s incredibly beautiful slice of paradise. Everything we could possibly want or need was available to us. It was evident that Tia and Jeremiah put their heart and soul into every aspect of their place. We have stayed at many lovely rental homes and this is our favorite so far- peaceful, secluded, beautiful, ocean sounds, rain, stars, birds, sunsets = RELAXATION!!! Such a special place! Thank you!! As always ours was a wonderful time. This is our family home away from home. Ena's improvements have made it even better. Beach and pool offer all we need. Farmers Market and great restaurants all walking distance and , of course, the best bakery on the island, Passion Bakery just down the street doesn't hurt. It is modest compared to the big condos but the beach is at your toes. The kitchen has everything you need, lovely beds, outdoor table for dining and lots of water toys. We love it!

We loved Jamie’s home! It was in the perfect location in Princeville. The home had great energy and she is SO kind. We loved the north shore, the area of her home, being close to restaurants, views, beaches, etc. We had no problem walking through her kitchen to the separate apartment area. It’s very private and the beds are extremely comfortable. We can’t wait to come back! Mahalo 🤙🏽

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Laleinia’s place. She was very friendly and helpful and the place was perfect for our family. Great beach gear and decor. Very clean. Showers were amazing! Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Fell in love with the first photo view with this townhouse. Same as description. The view is beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Maylene is a nice and responsible hostess. She is easy to communicate and always responded. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful, spacious place. Everything was perfect. We all loved it! And it is in the best location on the island, perfectly situated to explore the spectacular north of Kauai.

We had a great time in Princeville at Annie’s place. Our stay here definitely exceeded our expectations! The bungalow was spotless, and we appreciated the towels at the entrance to wipe off our feet. No sand in the house while being in Hawaii is definitely rare. Wylie beach was a short walk down, and we borrowed the beach chairs and gear to head to Anini Beach multiple times for swim and snorkel. It was a very safe beach with kids and saw two turtles in the water. Very grateful for the amenities provided (coffee, games, welcome snacks and drinks). The rooms are very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. It was a great place to chill out when taking a mini-break from the outdoors. Thanks for being a great host Annie!
