Condo vacation rentals in Princeville

Our grandson and his wife stayed in this Princeville condo for their honeymoon. They said their stay was amazing! The condo was just what they wanted and expected from the listing. There was everything they needed for their day trips to the beach or for hiking. The front desk was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Condo was well stocked with all the little things that make the stay feel more at home. Comfortable bed and everything worked well. Would recommend for others.

the location was excellent, quite, clean, and close to lots of activities. Our host put a small personal touch on our visit, which made the whole trip that much better!

We cannot say enough good things about Kourtney + Keiths place!! They had everything under the sun you could think of, full kitchen, laundry + detergent, snorkels, beach chairs, cooler, lots of fans to keep us cool - do not let the no A/C deter you, lots of towels, close to the pool, spacious place, and they even had a binder full of recommendations for us upon arrival! We wish we could have stayed longer it felt like a home away from home! :) We hope to be back again one day, thanks again for an amazing stay! <3

Sheila was always quick to respond and assist with any issues. The apartment is spacious, private, quiet, and beautiful. My husband worked during part of our stay and the WiFi was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and playground areas with our two toddlers and had enough space inside the apartment for the four of us. Overall would absolutely stay again!

Staying here was the best choice we made! It was perfect driving distance to Hanalei and kapa’a and the views were stunning. I would say the best “home base” for all the activities the island has to offer. Even though there was no AC the fans kept it just cool enough.

Beautiful sunrises and gorgeous sunsets and in between were perfect days! We enjoyed our lanai and all the peacefulness there!!! Kitchen was well equipped and the bed was sooooooo comfy. Yes!!!! We would/will be back!

Our stay was fantastic. The host recommended some great activities and places to eat. The area was beautiful, and the condo was clean and cozy. There was a tiny bit of road noise, but not too hard to tune out. Overall a great stay and a great host.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It looked just like the photos with just an amazing, gorgeous view. So wonderful to see that view every time we woke up!! The resort was a great bonus with its benefits and features - great place for coffee on site, great pool, transport to the beach, super helpful and accommodating staff, etc. we will definitely be staying here next time we come to Kauai. Can’t recommend enough.

Fantastic! This modern and bright condo is spacious and newly updated. The pool and hot tub were great. The washer dryer is top notch and the big TVs and sofa made us feel right at home after long days in the sun. Kitchen is great for cooking and you are close to Food Land - do not miss the Poke bowls there - huge value and delish! Make sure to grab dinner or drinks down the road at 1 Hotel. Hideaway Beach also close by is maybe the most amazing beach for snorkeling in the world!

Cynthia’s place was wonderful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We appreciated the air conditioning and washer and dryer. She was very communicative. If you stay here you should have everything you need!

Great studio with beautiful view of water out front and Mountain View out back. Clean and easy to check in.

This was our first time in Kauai, staying in the Princeville area and we're so happy we did! Michelle was extremely responsive with all questions before and during our stay. Our goal of the trip was hiking and exploring so this made for a great base - I felt the Poipu area would have been too busy for what we wanted. The kitchen is fully stocked, and I recommend checking in to see what is available before buying any items (oil/seasonings etc). The guest before us had left some unopened individual bars of butter which was helpful. We made our breakfasts and some lunches if we were hiking, but usually ate out for dinner. I loved the option of doing laundry during a trip, it's a definitely a nice luxury, and Michelle's unit allowed this. The neighborhood is quite quiet, we were up at 5am daily with the time zone change and basically in bed by 9-930pm nightly lol. We would love to come back to this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lofted condo. The views, location, and accessibility, coupled with the comfortable furnishings made this a perfect stay. The condo had everything we needed and more, but was free of clutter. Those with mobility issues should keep in mind that the stairs to the loft are quite steep. Helpfully, there was an excellent local guide book as well as local recommendations from the property management company. Overall, we had a very special and relaxing stay! Highly recommend!

This AirBnb has a wonderful location on the bluff in Princeville. The views out of the back really are that good. There is a gorgeous small beach that is readily accessible down a steep path visible from the back. I will say the picture of the greenery outside of the bedroom window is slightly misleading as this unit is on the ground floor and there is a public walkway for the complex that passes between the bedroom window and the plants, so you will likely want to draw the blinds instead of looking at the plants there most of the time. Check-in was simple and the host was responsive. Check-in/out were 4 PM and 10 AM respectively, which felt a bit rushed. Overall still 5 stars for location and generally a clean/nice homebase on the north shore.

This property is all about the view -- the most breathtaking sight ever from the extra-wide balcony with a 180-degree, unobstructed views. We have travelled a lot, but I have never seen anything like this. We felt incredibly blessed to be able to see the sun rise and set and very often a rainbow -- all from the comfort of our room. The unit was comfortable, quiet, and met our needs. The grounds are exceptional, and we really enjoyed eating at Happy Talk, as it looked out over the pool that looked like a stone cove, complete with waterfall. The big downside of this property is having to pay for parking that is a very long walk from the unit, in addition to paying a daily resort fee. While Laurie can't help that, it does take away a bit of the joy, especially since HBR now shares the small beach with 1Hotel next-door. Nevertheless, I can say that even the most experienced traveler would be impressed with this unit, as it is perfectly situated to soak in the best of Hanalei Bay.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Kauai! The views were breathtaking—we couldn’t get enough of watching the ocean right from the property. The space was spotless and felt super comfortable, and Brandi was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. But the real magic? Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crash all night long. It was like having a real-life sound machine, only better. So peaceful and relaxing—we’ve never slept so well! Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Great spot to stay. Commutation was clear and we got excellent advice once we arrived on the local things to try out. It’s advertised as shared but you get all the privacy of having your own place. They have starwars chopsticks which light up like light sabers: totally lit up our dinners.

Great condo in a great resort! Waking up to the view in the backyard is all I have to say. Absolutely gorgeous. In addition to that, the condo itself was wonderful. Extremely spacious. The host was great, as well. I would definitely stay here again! Just a great experience overall.

For the price, the stay was great! We could see the ocean, walk to beaches, and walk to the hotel one for dinner and drinks. I absolutely loved it, this area is magical! Also Ellie was very responsive! There were a few bug friends the first night but from my understanding it is to be expected in the area. I would love to come back and bring my mom!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo had a beautiful view and was perfect for our large family. It was located near the ocean, activities, and shopping/groceries. Olga was a great host and we would recommend this to family and friends.

The place was clean and in a quiet safe complex. The condo is a little hard to find at night but instructions were helpful. Comfortable place and felt at home.

Jessica was super friendly and responsive. Her condo was very clean and I would definitely stay there again! Worth every dollar! Mahalo Jessica !
