You’ll love our place because of the incredible views from the outdoor garden. It is huge and we call it our living room on the lawn. You'll love the ambiance, neighborhood, people. You will love everything about the Ridge at Kapalua. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, not suitable for children.

Inflatable "neverflat" bed for two additional guests. Big screen TV, great kitchen, community gas or charcoal grills. Snorkeling gear, boogie boards, cooler, WiFi, single dedicated parking space, bring our beach chairs to the common waterfront area and enjoy the ocean view and watch the sunset.

Welcome to Fairway Villas! A beautifully landscaped oasis located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort area. The Fairway Villas are centrally located and set along side a pristine golf course, a lake, and the lava petroglyph trails. It is a short walk to 2 fun shopping centers, restaurants, and a convenient gourmet grocery store. The beach is also a short walk (or drive) from our townhome condo. You will be staying at our 2 story 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Condo.
