Vacation rentals with breakfast in Hawaii

The accommodations are simple. The bed was very comfortable with AC in that room. The unit was clean and simple but reasonable for the location - very close to kayaking and snorkeling. There were plenty of towels, hot water, easy cooking facilities, private quiet and safe. If you want upscale fancy - go to a hotel. If you want some space to spread out for a reasonable price by the beach this unit wins my vote! Loved our stay and we will return.

We already want to return. The house was easy to find and enter. Private and beautiful surroundings. Close to the National Park. It was exceptionally clean and set up for littles too, with a huge game room downstairs. Its just as the pictures description. The only thing that caught us off guard was at checkout there were some simple chores. As a mom of 2 littles, I was looking forward to not having to do any chores on our stay. One of the asks was to haul off our own trash. We had already paid a cleaning fee and had zero space left in our small car that was packed to the rim. The host was understanding about it. The check in-out time was short for one night booking from 4pm-10am. We were able to get the house earlier so our littles could nap. And get dinner. We recommend this place and would like to come back here. We were also gifted a 100% cotton tote bag. For me, the little notices of cotton material for the tote meant a lot. Overall I would give this place 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Jason was an amazing host. House looked just like the pictures and you can tell it is well kept. He was quick to respond when I had any questions.

We had such a lovely week long stay here!This house is peaceful, quiet, clean, and very comfortable- a hidden gem for sure. It truly felt like a home away from home and the perfect place for us to relax, unwind and enjoy. The house was furnished with all the amenities that we needed and is walkable to restaurants and shops. Rhonda was so welcoming and was always available if we had questions or needed anything. We would happily stay at the Gratitude Bed and Breakfast again.

The house fit my family perfect and was definitely what I was looking for. Kili was really easy to work with and very quick on responding. Appreciate everything and by far the easiest to rent a house while on vacation. Thank you!!

⸻ I had a wonderful stay at this super cute and spotless studio on the Big Island! The place was cozy, very clean, and had everything I needed. Jacqueline is an amazing host—super friendly and welcoming. She even greeted us with fresh bananas and papayas, which was such a thoughtful touch. Incredible little hidden gem. Close to coffee farms, local vibes, snorkeling, etc. peaceful and private. There is a lattice partition between the two garden suite lanai’s - had wonderful chats with the lovely folks staying in the next suite but still the apartment felt very secluded. Viviane is a generous and gracious host. Mahalo, Viviane!

Our stay was wonderful. The views were incredible and we felt right at home. They had all the extra you might need visiting Maui and if we could have we would have stayed another week. Highly recommend!!

If you are in the area, this is a dream location to stay! Everything is nearby- beach, botanical gardens, restaurants, rentals- but the resort itself will amaze you! Absolutely gorgeous. Picturesque pool, clean restaurant with breakfast buffet, safe & professional reception. Brendan himself was extremely communicative, accommodating & helpful, 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely loved staying at Bailey’s place in Puako. It was so tranquil and gorgeous with the sound of the ocean at night and the amazing birds in the morning. The unit was very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. We were 3 people - our teenage son slept on the pull out couch in the living room - you do have to walk through the bedroom to access the bathroom. This was fine for us. I loved the screen porch!! Bailey left so much info that helped us and was responsive to any request. We would happily come back here again.

Lovely home! I was expecting just a room in a house like the description but the space has its own entryway, bathroom, and dining area so it feels like a separate studio apartment. It was beautiful and clean. Would recommend to those wanting to stay close to Volcano National Park!

Such a beautiful hidden gem, nestled in the forest just outside of Hilo. It's about a 3-minute drive to "downtown" Hilo, which has a surprising number of very good restaurants for such a small town. Cody's place has only 3 units, and a balcony that includes a shared breakfast area (self-serve) and views of the forest and small waterfall. Bring your bug spray! Overall, a comfortable, beautiful place convenient to Hilo, Volcanoes National Park (an easy 45 minute drive), etc. We are glad we found it!

Woody and Maxi are such kind and genuine hosts. We had such a great experience being in their beautiful home. We wish we could have spent more time in Maui! The garden is so beautiful and they even provided a beautiful breakfast spread. 10/10 would recommend! Wonderful people and wonderful spot.

Spent one night here after a long day on the Road to Hāna. Easy to find, accessible, and beautiful kitchen and porch spaces to unwind in. Very happy with our stay!

My daughter and I had a great stay! There were no surprises, Steve was very informative about our accommodations when we got there & the location was perfect. A quick 5 minute drive in to Hilo Town and a great base for exploring the island. We were so busy during our stay that we were bummed not to have time for the pool or hot tub! Mahalo for having us!

i came here to recenter myself and this was a perfectly peaceful indoor/outdoor cabin set in the midst of a banana grove to do it in. there are no frills. it is very much as shown. only 25 mins outside of downtown hilo if you need a people/activity fix and there are parks and beaches and lots to do nearby including a farmers market every tuesday. this is a charming location and akiko (who is a gem all on her own) invites you to do sitting meditation, gentle yoga and to visit as you like. sharing the kitchen/bathroom is fine -- there's only one other guest to share with. it's a lovely place and i recommend it if you're not a high maintenance person and just need/want a peaceful space to be. mahalo akiko! mahalo.

Lovely and cozy suite, suitable for all vacation trip and honeymoon lol. Me and my friend really enjoyed the stay there and were impressed by it!
