Beach house vacation rentals in Princeville

If you are looking for a relaxing trip in paradise, this is the home for you. The Host was more than accommodating and super responsive to our requests. There were bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs made available to us, which was an unexpected surprise. 5 stars!!!

Our stay in Princeville was absolutely wonderful! Emily's place was not only beautiful, but the perfect home base as we explored nearby beaches and towns. The views were simply amazing! We felt like we had the best of both worlds- ocean in the front, trees and mountains in the back. The home was clean, airy and perfect for our family of four. I especially enjoyed sipping coffee in the morning on the Lanai, listening the birds wake up and staring out at the mountains. The house is also in the perfect spot to watch the sunsets out front. Communication was super easy and Emily was always extremely friendly and helpful. My entire family had such a nice time in Kauai, and Emily's home helped to make our trip very special. We will definitely come back again!

We had an amazing few days in Princeville and this condo couldn’t have been more perfect. The view is amazing, everything was clean and updated and all the local recs were great! Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!!

Wonderful stay ! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and several lounging areas. It was very quiet . We saw whales breaching in the distance and albatross flying by. It’s mating season and 4 albatross (and baby) were directly across from the house- they put on quite a show! Very fun to watch. We took many walks and loved the location. We hope to return!

Beautiful and cozy place to stay in Princeville - walking distance to Hideaway Beach and quick drive into Hanalei Center. Also good location if you are catching the shuttle to Heana State Park at the Princeville stop. Couldn’t have asked for a better time!

Great spot for our group of 7 adults and 2 kids. Loved the open living space, back deck and amazing whale watching with included binoculars. Hard to leave!

Beautiful location with an incredibly responsive and caring management company, 5 stars for their stellar communication. Everything in good working order. Plenty of space to spread out. Lovely patio. We enjoyed the comfy couch at night for movies. The unit is showing some wear on carpet and walls as it has been rented nightly, but overall great.

This Airbnb in Princeville on Kauai’s North Shore helped us enjoy an almost two-week stay. The location is excellent. There are beaches and great restaurants nearby. There also are shops providing groceries/alcohol and other useful potential supplies in the immediate area. The unit is well laid out with space to sit and relax both indoors and on a small but cozy lanai. While there are other units in this complex; this one allowed us to feel a great deal of privacy. The unit is very clean and well anointed with good appliances and enough cooking and dining items to allow you to eat at “home” as often as you desire. We are fortunate to be able to stay at many Airbnbs and this one rates as a top notch selection.

My family and I stayed at Bridgette's place for five nights in April. Great home base for us on the North Shore of Kauai—very comfortable, clean, and relaxing, with lots of room for us to spread out. We used the condo's shared pool and hot-tub a couple times, and they were nice, too. Great setup for working remotely too, though we managed not to! Would recommend.

Clark was very responsive and helpful, even got us a few things for the home we needed. AC was much needed and kept us very cool at night. Clean linens and very comfy beds. The only issue that visitors should be aware of are the roosters who live near by that crow clockwork every morning, we named them Bob at 1:30am, Chuck at 4am, and Gregory at 6am. We think Gregory doesn’t have much to live based on his crowing sounds. I would recommend bringing a sound machine. It was nice to know what time it was based on the crowing, comical and made the stay even special. Great location near Foodland, beach was harder to get to because it was rainy and slick. But overall great place and great host.

We had everything we needed and the location is great - walking distance to the beach (about 20 mins), the grocery store, the Saturday farmer’s market. Great kitchen, a lot of space outside for family meals and relaxing.

Sean and Tracy were great hosts! The unit worked well for my husband and my parents. My mom has mobility issues so having a room and bathroom on the main floor was perfect. The unit itself gets a bit humid in the common areas but with the doors and windows open the cool breeze easily blows through. Would recommend and book again.

A memorable stay in Princeville. The house had everything we needed and close to all the north shore beaches. The pictures don’t do the pool justice! Great for kids and adults alike.

This house was perfect for my family and me—it had everything we needed and more. Among the many Airbnbs we’ve stayed at on various islands, this one offered the most extras. We appreciated the ample beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, surfboards, and snorkeling gear—items we often have to rent. Although we didn’t use all of them, it was reassuring to know they were available. The neighborhood was well-maintained, and the neighbors were friendly. We would definitely rent this home again.

Lovely well equipped large family home. Loved the beach extras and very well equipped kitchen with the cooking essentials like sugar, cooking spray, and some spices. In a lovely golf community within an hours drive if the airport. There were various beaches and hikes in the area. Only downfall was many of the tours we booked were an hours drive back to Lihue area. There was no direct beach access so had to drive but a couple nice beaches within 10 minutes, highly recommend Anini beach or Hanalei beach. We don't golf but the course looks lovely. The only thing missing is a pool!!

Dicle’s home was the perfect paradise in beautiful Princeville. We couldn’t stop raving about how amazing the house is, the space that we had (both inside and out) and how much we truly felt at home while visiting one of our favorite places to vacation as a family together. Home was beautiful, clean and surrounded by mountains and lots of greenery. Home was spacious for 6 of us, large bedrooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Kitchen was equipped with all essential tools, and we were able to cook for family of 6 comfortably. Overall great stay, would highly recommend.

We just had a great stay at Tiffany’s place! The house is very roomy and comfortable. The location is very private, and a nice change from the busier parts of the island. The bay at the end of the road is beautiful, although not really swimmable. There are an abundance of swimmable beaches nearby though. We would definitely stay here again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ this place is ADORABLE! I always look for an experiential stay. The details like the wallpaper, photos of Kauai up the staircase, adorable kitchen and dining nook, they truly make it an experience you won’t forget. This place was very conveniently located! It is in an area with similar condos which I couldn’t tell from the photos but actually really liked! They had everything you could have needed for the beach; boogie boards, chairs, snorkel gear, beach toys! They had board games which we actually did play and appreciated! Well stocked with coffee and all the amenities we needed! We will highly recommend this place to everyone we know! Thank you! 🙏🏻

Great place and location Beautiful quiet neighborhood. All floors had a beautiful view. The host Jason was easy to communicate with. The house had everything you needed a home away from home you could say. Can’t wait to be back.

We had a lovely stay in this home, very peaceful, comfortable home and the gardens and outdoor shower were my favourites. Would definitely stay here again. Mahalo
