Ursula and her concierge were very friendly, helpful and communicative. Ursula provided clear instructions on how to find the property. She was waiting for us and helped us with a speedy check in and tour of the flat. The flat is clean, tidy and had plenty of space. As indicated on the pictures and other reviews the main bedroom is more of studio like set up with the living room But the curtains and sliding doors provided enough privacy for us. It’s in an ideal location. It’s wonderful to be right on the beach and we didn’t have any issues with noise. We did notice the strong (unpleasant ) smell from the sea on the first day but not after that. It did not permeate the flat. There are plenty of restaurants and shops with walking distance. A lovely stay for us!

Everything was great. Awesome place close enough to be quickly in Barcelona and far away enough to get away from the big city stress at night.

Fabulous break in Gava. Perfectly located apartment, within 60 seconds walk of the beach. Well-presented and appointed accommodation. Would highly recommend and would welcome the opportunity to stay there again! Thank you!

Were there as a family of 4. All were very satisfied. We found Kerstin to be a very pleasant correct and friendly person. Surroundings and location train station perfect. Uncomplicated.. Everything you needed was to be found in the surroundings. The apartment also had some details ready for everyday life. ( Hand soap,hand/shower towels,dish soap, etc.) Everything is great. The house is really comfortable, quiet, very clean with all the essentials and with the minimum and welcome amenities also for eating and drinking. Spacious for three, with TV and balcony to relax. Lived-in but very functional kitchen and dishwasher! Juan and his staff are kind and make you feel their presence, in short, if you need them they are definitely available! The condominium where the accommodation is located is absolutely recommended, too bad the pool didn't work but it was April anyway, supermarket a stone's throw away, lots of public transport, tram 4 for the Diagonal a stone's throw away, metro L4 10 minutes on foot. 10 minutes and you can also go to the beach. 20 25 minutes and you're downtown. As for the neighborhood, we are on the border with a very popular area, going towards the Besos Mar metro and an ultra-modern one, that of the Forum. It seemed very quiet to us, but for the more sensitive I recommend going towards the sea or towards the forum. In short, highly recommended!

Great family vacation week! Very good hosting, easy and accommodating communication! Natalia was even kind enough to buy us the car seat before we arrived. The apartment is very well-equipped, quiet and close to the sea. I would highly recommend it.

This place is a real find; located in Poblenou, about an hour's walk from the city centre, or a 20 minutes bus ride, with the stop 1 minute from the flat. The bus services are reliable and easy to navigate. The standout for me was that you could spend the morning, or most of the day exploring the city, then return to the flat with just a 5 minute stroll to the Barcelonata beach to swim off the city dust. The restaurant on the corner does superb food, better than city centre places. We were a group of 5, and the flat was big enough for us, with 2 bathrooms an advantage. The studio style kitchen is small, but has everything you need for basic cooking (bring your own tea towels though!). The front bedroom is loud, but earplugs solved that easily. There is a small, basic cornershop right next door for essentials, but 10 minutes walk along the esplanade there's a larger Londis supermarket with fresh produce. Julia is a brilliant host: responsive, friendly and helpful. We'd stay again.

We had a great stay. The villa was equipped with everything you need. The hostess was very friendly and welcomed us warmly. We were even able to check in earlier and check out later by arrangement. We weren't local. - Requesens was always available and was able to give us great tips. The location is just great. - You can get to Barcelona quickly by car/train, but also in a 10-minute walk to the beach. Absolutely recommended! Thanks again to the hostess.

We really had a lovely stay here. It’s ideal to unwind. House is spacious and nicely laid out, the pool is great and you are so close to the beautiful beach and beach bar restaurants which were all delicious. Our host Toni was great, very nice to deal with. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time in the apartment. It is within walking distance of the beach and there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. Katia was always available to us and gave us many tips. Thank you very much for that! There is also a secure parking space on the premises. We felt very comfortable!

This place was amazing much better than expected. The view of Familia Sagrada from the roof top patio was spectacular. They took care of small details like a bottle of vino and coffee pods. We will definitely be back. So worth it.

Sara was kind and helpful, an acquaintance of hers came and let us into the apartment. The apartment corresponds to the description, the shower/bath is a bit small, but the roof terrace is really awesome. We had borrowed bicycles and reached everything well with them, Barcelona has pleased us very much overall!! Sara also had tips and instructions for everything, we felt well taken care of!
