Vacation rentals with beach access in Port Charlotte

Nach einer kleinen Startschwierigkeit mit der Türe, hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Anne und Shane. Die Unterkunft sieht eigentlich genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Sie ist stilvoll und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und hatte alles was man benötigt. Alles war sauber. Ebenso war es toll, uns kostenfrei Stühle und Schirm für den Strand sowie Fahrräder und Kajaks usw. zur Verfügung zu stellen. Auch Wäsche waschen und trocknen konnten wir - was bei unserer Rundreise wirklich nötig war. Vielen Dank, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften. Wir haben es genossen :-)

A brilliant birthday retreat in absolutely every way possible! Jennifer and John could not have been more accommodating: friendly, proactive, informative about local amenities and wonderfully supportive when we encountered car issues at checkout. Accomplished hosts, the apartment was immaculate, stocked with more goodies and equipment than we could possibly have imagined we might find and enjoy. A beautifully styled home-away-from-home surrounded by some stunning spaces to walk or drive to. It made our stay and the birthday we were celebrating, Thank you!

It was a perfect place to stay for two people a little too warm for us. But we did enjoy ourselves with the surrounding areas lots of fun areas to go to and close.

Dez was a great host. He bent over backwards to make us very comfortable.

This house was FANTASTIC!!! We were looking for a place to “live” in the Port Charlotte area and it surpassed our expectations!!! House was clean, vibrant and met our expectations! Eddie was a great host, very responsive and so nice! Such a great stay!

House is cozy and lovely. You just want to stay longer. Very peaceful place with beautiful beaches around, delicious restaurants and just enjoy relaxing time with family or by yourself. Thank you Sandee and Steve, you are very kind and generous people!

We had a wonderful stay during our vacation. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful! She had great suggestions on what to do and where to go. The heated pool was a big hit with our kids.

We had a great time on our vacation. Beata was very easy to get a hold of it all times and helped us with everything we needed. We really enjoyed ourselves. I would recommend it to anyone that asked me.

We took a trip over to Cape Coral with my two kiddos to start off summer break. It was a nice getaway from the busy east coast of Florida. Evan’s home was inviting, comfortable and had everything we needed, right down to the beach chairs. They were also extremely flexible with check in, since I literally booked the day of arrival. We certainly will be back to the west coast soon!

Ricardo’s place in Cape Coral is amazing. You feel right at home. The house was so clean and smelled great upon arrival, especially the bathrooms. He even has a box fan in the master bedroom closet! The private screened in pool, grill, and the Sun loungers were the best part of the place. So relaxing and beautiful. We saw a burrowing owl on the top of the screen on our first night! The neighbors are very friendly too! I would recommend that you stay here. It’s amazing for a great deal too compared to others in the area. Very close to fort myers, sanibel island, and lovers key beach as well. There is also beach umbrellas and chairs in the garage which came in handy for the UV 11!! Along with sandcastle supplies as well! If you stay here i recommend you dine at the Mastello Ristorante and Steakhouse!! Only 10 minutes away with out of this world service and food. Fantastic place! Ronald is an exceptional host. Made sure if I needed anything he was there to assist. Home is well kept and the layout is wonderful! The pool is incredible. Very clean and very nicely designed. The home has everything that you need for cooking and recreation. I will be returning when I visit the area again!!!

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Ed's place has become our happy place and our home away from home! This trip was so relaxing and healing after a surgery...just what I needed. Great sunsets!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this location and it does not disappoint! The place has been renovated and looks great! The host is clear and we had no issues getting into the condo. I used the laundry room and that was straight forward. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

We had an amazing stay at this condo for our honeymoon. It was the perfect place to relax together and just enjoy the beach! The condo was extremely nice and it was great to have an umbrella and chairs available to use! Elizabeth was very helpful and had so much information for us and recommendations which was so helpful as first time visitors! The area was beautiful and the pool was also very nice! We cannot wait to come back to Sanibel/Captiva!

A beautiful place on the gulf with everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway. Really enjoyed it

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth. The location was peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed being right on the water for the beautiful sunsets.

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future.
