Condo vacation rentals in Port Charlotte

The location - right on the beach - is superb. Great covered porch looking right out on the beach. The unit has some of the things to help spend a day on the beach - chairs, umbrella, etc. the kitchen is small but entirely sufficient and well stocked with kitchen/dining things. Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Really enjoyed my stay at the unit and in Englewood.

We had an awesome time at Cathy's condo. It is very nice exactly as the photos show and a great location. It was very well equipped and nicely decorated. Very relaxing to sit on the lanai and watch birds coming and going. Would definitely book again.

Our stay was an unplanned hurricane emergency stay. Scott was a great host. We never use Airbnb.. he checked up on us, gave us direction just awesome overall. Scott is a gem and very trustworthy. This is our first time with renting at Airbnb. Scott helped us to be comfortable during our hurricane rental. My only recommendation is that the Internet login and password gets updated. My husband and I are not hotel or condo renters and we only did this because of an emergency. However, my husband said I would definitely rent from Scott again!! Scott you were so kind and very informational. The beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer are awesome.. Scott is very responsive to his renters. Thank you again for renting out your cute little condo.. The kitchen is very well stocked, but add a corkscrew in case somebody wants to have some wine. Otherwise perfectly stocked.. Scott is a Gem and so is his condo.

Alex is a wonderful host. I always was able to communicate with him about anything I needed. He made my long term stay so easy!

Great little place whole visiting Englewood!! Close to Blind Pass Beach, Englewood Beach is walkable, and so are the local restaurants! Overall great spot!

Lauren’s condo was absolutely perfect for our family of three visiting Captiva. Just steps away from the pool that was quiet and peaceful, access to the beach which was never crowded and a short walk or very quick drive away, plus an immaculately clean, easy to navigate condo - our stay couldn’t have been easier or more delightful. Above all else, Lauren was wonderful. Incredibly responsive, kind and helpful - always willing to answer a question, what a great host!

Loved this little condo! We will definitely be back to visit, the location is perfect! Close to good restaurants, across the street from the beach and the actual community with the pool was perfect!

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Nancy was very communicative from the start. Her space was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being a two minute walk to the beach without having to cross over any major roads.

I came here for my 30th birthday and I left engaged! I couldn't have wanted a better place to stay it was exactly like the photos there was plenty of room for me and my boyfriend and she had every possible tool you would need to make any kind of food! the neighbors were friendly and it was very peaceful and damn near directly in the middle of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers. really the perfect location to be able to explore everything you want within an hour distance. she was very kind very helpful and always responded when I needed! I would definitely stay here again.

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

Beautiful home and Cynthia was very friendly and responsive! It was the perfect location for our dog show and it and she was very accommodating of our dogs and even had a crib for my five month old daughter. ❤️

Great stay! Thank you. We couldn't find the snorkel gear, but wasn't a big deal at all. There's plenty to do around Lemon Bay. Great music, fun bar scene, and once you get past the fence surrounding the beach, fun times searching for shark teeth.

Laura's place was exactly as expected.Some beach items and necessities were extremely helpful.Location was good, an easy walk to the beach when parking down there was challenging.Bed,linens and pillows were excellent.Awesome communication as well.

Amy’s place was super clean and well-equipped. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the marina and loved to listen to the live music from Cass Cay restaurant. We were thrilled to find beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella and even a yoga mat! It was a great stay overall. Thank you Amy!

One of my favorite Airbnb rentals to date. The condo was clean, quiet and had everything we needed/wanted. On top of the space being great, Ken and Becky were amazing hosts. I usually stay in different places each time, but I'll be staying here anytime I'm in or near Fort Myers it's that good. 100% recommend booking with them !!

Kari was a wonderful host with a fabulous property! She began our experience right away when we booked her place, and was always extremely responsive and kind. Her property, where we stayed in Fort Myers Beach, is in the perfect location and is just as it is described and pictured. She had everything you could need and more, and the location was so perfect we could easily walk to the farmers market or nearby shops. We would definitely return to this property! I’ve never written a review before but felt Nick and his condo deserved one! Nick’s place was completely remodeled and felt brand new. It was spotless when we arrived and immediately felt at ease when we walked through the door. The parking spot was right next to the condo along with easy entry. The beach is just a few feet away which made carrying the beach chairs, towels, sand toys, sea shell sifter and drinks easy to carry. The place came equipped with everything you would need to have the perfect beach vacation. Shark teeth are abundant! Once we were done on the beach we headed across the street to the heated pool every afternoon. There are two donut tubes for the kids to play with that were at the condo. The pool was great, it reaches 4ft 9 in. deep and has stairs on both sides to walk in. Plenty of lounge chairs to choose from. It was a great location! Almost right across the street from Magnolia’s. Nick was great with communication and his place was perfect. Highly recommend!

Our stay was great. Well located to Sanibel and Fort Myers.. Stores and access to city great. Didn’t have chance to enjoy amenities but they were all there. No fault to anyone…weather was cold. A few kitchen updates would be great…but one has all the necessities. The complex is quiet and safe. Response was fine. Great.. value.
