Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Port Charlotte

House was exactly as pictured, absolutely beautiful. Bed linen all smelled like fresh laundry! Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood in a gold community. Maya was very responsive and courteous. Would definitely stay again

Great home in a quiet neighborhood. We chose for the location, close to family we were visiting for graduation, and the home exceeded our expectations. The home is very spacious and clean, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen without feeling like it's cluttered. we had 5 adults, 1 toddler, 1 dog, and never felt crowded. The patio and pool area are wonderful, providing both sunny and shady spots to be outdoors. Very close to North Port Connector trail, which was a great place for morning walks. This home is like a little oasis with the pool, and enclosed fence. While we were there to visit family, could see this as a great location for balancing day trips to various beaches and good R&R. Katia was very responsive to questions, providing both a number to call/text and the airbnb ap.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Luke was an outstanding host — incredibly friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His instructions for the home were clear and easy to follow. The house itself was perfect — spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with thoughtful extras that made us feel right at home. Every detail was carefully considered. The highlight of our trip was definitely the beautiful views and sunsets, along with relaxing by the pool and enjoying the hot tub — it was absolutely breathtaking and exactly what we needed to unwind. Thank you, Luke! And thank you, Christine, for confiar en mí and being so kind. Mia had an awesome time too!

My family of 6 absolutely loved this home! The pool was a nice addition to our fun at night. We really liked the outdoor grill area. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely book this house again!

As a Floridian who travels frequently and has been in a lot of rentals across the state, I was very impressed with Maria's place. The house was welcoming from the second you walk in. Maria has beautifully decorated every room, very unique Floridaesque pieces, down to the hand towels. Although it was just my daughter and me, I imagine this would be plenty of space for a bigger family. The backyard is amazing; I loved walking around and looking at the landscape. Even though there is a busy road nearby, it felt very secluded. Even though we ended up not bringing our dog, we enjoyed feeding our fish friends every day. There are several restaurants in the area to choose from, for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Nice central location, we took day trips to Sanibel and Boca Grande to ride our bikes, visited the Edison/Ford estate in Ft Myers. It was nice to relax in the pool/hot tub after returning "home" at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this oasis to anyone looking for a rental.

The place looked exactly like the pictures, and was just a 12 minute drive to the beach, so great location. Plenty of restaurants within a 15 minute drive as well. We had a great time there!!!

What a beautiful home! Everything was better than described! Comfy beds. Perfect for our family of 4. Husband enjoyed fishing from the pier. The pool was fantastic. Great restaurant recommendations! Stayed 4 nights at Lisa and Roberts place. Home was clean and had all necessary amenities plus bonus things like spices, cooking oils/sprays and coffee. Not to mention the beach items like ice chest, chairs and umbrellas. We did not utilize, but there were also kayaks and bikes in the garage. Hosts were quick to respond and were always friendly. For example, when we arrived the lockbox was missing and there was no key, but we were still able to enter using the provided garage door code. Within about 20 minutes after notifying them about the lockbox, Robert arrived to replace it. By then we had found the key sitting in a bowl at the kitchen desk, so we were able to place the key in the lockbox upon check out. A/C was nice and cool, hot tub and showers were nice and warm, pool was refreshing. So happy for the screened in Lanai to keep the bugs out of the pool area. The neighborhood and very quiet. The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

Our stay was incredible. House is just as advertised. Photos don’t do it justice. Everything was super clean. Pool was large and hot tub added bonus! Most importantly, we stayed with our little kids and really appreciated the extra safety in place. There’s a safety fence around the pool you can keep closed so no small children can wander out of the house into the pool area. There is also a pack and play and a high chair! Susan the house manager was very responsive and attentive. We were in full vacay mode and forgot to put the trash out when we were supposed to. She was so gracious about it and came and picked it up for us and took care of it. House is pretty well stocked with items that make your stay more enjoyable so you don’t have to hit the store as soon as you arrive, which is nice. We absolutely recommend this place! Clean beautiful home, very welcoming, and can’t say enough about Susan’s kindness!

We loved the house, loved the view, appreciated that there was cookware. We had a few glitches but Christina was super responsive and helpful and was very kind and compensated. We would definitely stay here again. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed with this home or hosts. I love the Cape Coral area! Love this house

Great house. Very family friendly. We spent a lot of time in the pool and spa. Having 3 full bathrooms was nice. Hosts were very responsive. Close to restaurants and stores.

really comfy place to stay, older boys live to fish, felt comfortable with them walking around. neighbors we're very nice and helpful. great food resources around to cook on the grill.
