My daughters & I stayed in Nokomis for a spring break beach trip. Dan's place was exactly as described in the listing. The entire place was clean and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. We used the paddle boards and kayaks during our stay, as well as the beach chairs & umbrella. It was so nice to have everything for the beach available for us to borrow. Nokomis Beach is only a few minutes from the condo. We enjoyed several short trips to Venice for restaurants and coffee shops. Dan responded quickly to any questions I sent. We had an excellent stay at Dan's and would definitely stay there again!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful vacation home. Bradley was very responsive to messages and he and Derek were in the area and frequently asked if we needed anything during our stay. We have never had such a positive experience with vacation owners as we had with the owners during this trip. The property was gorgeous, clean, and completely modern with updated appliances and wonderful views of the ocean water from the deck- we spent a lot of time hanging out there because it was so comfortable and clean. The amenities were great and the owners truly thought of everything from small touches of a welcome basket to toiletries, linens and towels- it was more than we expected. It was an amazing vacation and we would definitely rent from Casa Key LLC again!

We loved these accommodations! Loved that we were on a canal (so beautiful, and great for renting a boat for a few days), the lanai/pool was very spacious and inviting, and our experience from the very start was positive and friendly. The description mentioned 2 king beds, but there was 1, and the living room furniture isn’t what is pictured, but none of that caused any issues for us. We greatly appreciated the kitchenware that was available for use. Even though we didn’t make use of the grill, it was clean and available. So happy for the washer/dryer in the garage. Beds were very comfortable! We felt very safe - wonderful neighborhood. We’d be happy to return!

Beautiful views from this beach bungalow that provided lots of amenities - comfy beds, plush towels, well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, etc plus extras like a bottle of wine and sunscreen. We really enjoyed our time here. The only negative was the lack of a solid door on the main bedroom. It’s a slatted closet door so it limited privacy and was not quiet if anyone was in the kitchen. Still, we’d highly recommend it for the location and the completely updated cottage!

This was our second stay at this fabulous house - and we'll certainly be back if staying in the area! Perfect beach holiday home, host provided everything you could possibly need (plenty of beach stuff and a cart to get it there). Kitchen well equipped and stocked with essentials (coffee & filters!/spices/food storage etc. - even a outside grill and tools). Can't recommend highly enough!!

We loved this private oasis! Our sons loved swimming, throwing darts, and hanging out on the lanai. It felt like their private hangout. The neighborhood is very peaceful with low traffic, so you can go for a walk without issue (there are no sidewalks). The house was spotlessly clean, and felt very comfortable, with so many thoughtful touches. Beds were very comfortable. We would love to stay here again. The only possible issue would be to understand the area. You will drive to get to anything, and a beach is about 30 minutes away. This is a residential area. But we knew that in advance and enjoyed such a fun and relaxing time. It was only a 10 minute drive to visit relatives at Maple Leaf. Highly recommend checking out Navigator’s bar for food & drinks with live music on the Peace River, about 20 minutes away. We also did their airboat tour which was very fun. 3 Pepper Burrito is great too. Overall, a fantastic time and GREAT value for your dollar! You will love it!

Jaime’s place was fabulous! It was spacious and super-comfortable ~ plenty of indoor and outdoor space to hang out, and such a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, the wifi was fast and the street was quiet. Jaime was very responsive with any questions and easily accommodated our request for early check-in. The stay far exceeded our expectations! We didn’t want to leave the Airbnb :) though we did because it was nearby so much beauty! Thank you, Jaime!

I chose Anton’s property to provide short travel for four of us on a great Florida island for my 78th birthday. The three bedrooms and two full baths were perfect for our privacy needs. Having garage parking for one of our cars was very convenient. The home was not disappointing in any way. The large living room and seating was very comfortable. One issue that we conquered quickly was the lack of a streaming service connection since we all had a series that we were watching at home. When we arrived home after early dinners out, we found that we were sitting in the living room and talking to each other face-to-face and discussing ranges of interesting topics until late in the evenings. Thank you again Anton and Marina, I will definitely return. Ken

Very conveniently located to everything we needed, although most everything we needed was provided and easy to find. The beach easily accessible, and everything you could want to go to the beach, other than a swim suit, was provided. The home was comfortable and homey. Beds were comfortable. The fenced yard and outdoor furniture was perfect for relaxing. The only complaint we had was the night we got in late and ordered a pizza and wings. No one was impressed by the wings, but then we are from the greater Buffalo area. Would definitely recommend anyone stay here.
