Just minutes to Boca Grande and Gasparilla beach, world-class fishing, Englewood Beach, restaurants, grocery stores, golfing , airport and the interstate. Thus area is surrounded by front living and canals that lead out to the Gulf of Mexico for some of the finest sport fishing in the world. The community offers boating ramps, playgrounds, parks and sidewalks for everyday enjoyment.

Quaint Cottage w/access to Peace River canoe/kayak

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.

Ahhhh! Port Charlotte is FUN!

Nice quiet neighborhood on a canal with quick access to Charlotte Harbor. Downtown Punta Gorda has great dining, bars, and shops. Port Charlotte has nearly anything needed with great shopping, movies, parks, etc. Gulf beaches are nearby. Boat ramps and rentals are available in the area as well. Please note there is a dock with docking space for your boat available for canal access the hoist is not available.
