Vacation rentals in Davenport

My family had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described. The pool was great even included a few pool toys for the children. It is very close proximity to all the parks, attractions and restaurants and everything that you may need. We had a few questions and the host was very responsive through the app. Nothing negative to say.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and had a lovely time. The house itself was well equipped, especially the kitchen, plenty of towels, loads of TV channels to watch and very close to all the parks and amenities. Had a great time thank you.

Aaron is an amazing host that truly cares about what is happening with his guests. We had a little trouble with our travel and Aaron went above and beyond to accommodate us when things went out of our control. The home is very nice and exactly as described. It was clean and looked well kept. The beds are extremely comfortable and the home is spacious. I will definitely book with Aaron again if I am back in Orlando!

Love the option of heated pool. Had to call them to come turn it on when we got there I guess because the agent made a mistake and they came promptly and got it running. Beautiful house plenty of bathrooms comfy couch. They even put trash cans out on the street for us before we had a chance

EXCELLENT. My family has been coming in mixed groups for the past 7 years, and this stay has been the best one. Besides being much cleaner than last year's rental (father suffered many flea bites from the couch that was not to have had pets on it), AND being an early check-in despite previous renters leaving issues that were diligently resolved by management/cleaning crew, this house was GORGEOUS. This is not a sterile rental, but someone's home...reflected in the beautiful landscaping [so many things flowering during our stay!], lavish pool set up (kiddy pool, hot tub, and main pool), and abundance of supplies here. We loved that they accommodate large multi-family groups with spacious rooms, a 2nd fridge, [also, the SPICE rack....cooking was so easy with so much on hand], and the supplies available for small children at the house: crib, books, potty chair, high chair, step stool, a double STROLLER, and car seat... and dog-friendly yet clean. Gérard’s home was beautiful. It was in a such a convenient location to everything we needed- especially the Disney parks, and Walmart and Aldi for our weekly groceries. My family and I enjoyed the pool each day and even got to see gators come out of the canal. The only minor thing I wish would be if we had control of the temperature in the home. It was 95-98 degrees everyday we visited, and the home got quite warm even with the blinds closed and fans on. Otherwise, it was a great home and we surely enjoyed our stayed. Thank you!

This was my first time ever getting an Airbnb. It was such a simple and smooth experience. I felt right at home. He celebrated my son‘s 15th birthday and he had a blast. I would highly recommend staying here. The host was absolutely amazing.

We loved the place! 100% just like the photos! Clean. Beautiful. Quiet. Nice location close to stores etc in private community! Very spacious. The pool/hot tub was a hit with the kids… 5 stars. We loved the house. Leo was VERY responsive & very helpful. We have nothing negative to say about the place.

Pictures don’t do this home justice! I was so impressed when I walked in. The living area is huge. The master bedroom and bathroom were both spacious. The two other bedrooms were nice sizes as well. Plenty of seating both inside and out for our family of four. After busy days in the park, we enjoyed the pool and spa and watching movies. The home was clean and well stocked. Communication was great, and host reached out before and during our stay to ask if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was beyond expectations. Everything was great. Accommodations were extraordinary. I have 0 complaints about this place. I would love to stay there again. I will definitely recommend anyone. As soon as you walk into the house. It smells wonderful, fresh, clean. All the commendations for cooking, we're provided, the swimming pool was clean an inviting. Job, well, done for our host. Our stay at Victor’s place was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was also incredibly child-friendly and felt very safe for our little ones, which gave us so much peace of mind. The beds were super comfortable, and the location was ideal—just a short drive (about 30 minutes) to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Legoland, and other major attractions. Plus, there were plenty of stores nearby (Publix, Target), which made things even easier. We spent a lot of time in the pool—it was clean, well-maintained, and such a great way to relax after long days out exploring. The kids especially loved it! Victor was a fantastic host—thoughtful, responsive, and clearly puts a lot of care into the space. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Trevor’s home was amazing! The home looked just like the pictures. There was plenty of space for everyone. Furthermore, everyone slept comfortable. There were towels for us to use with the pool. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful. The resort is within walking distance if you like to explore the area. I would recommend his home and would stay again! Go ahead and reserve it you will not be disappointed!

The place was really nice felt right at home. It was very clean. Loved how everything was baby proof, so I felt comfortable with my one year old crawling around. Loved how they had everything to accommodate children. floaters for all ages, baby carriage, play pen, crib etc. the pool was huge and we loved the big screen. The kids can’t stop talking about their experience there. If you’re hesitating to book trust me you just book it.

Over the past 20 years, we've stayed at many holiday homes in the Orlando area. At the core most offer similar amenities, like entertainment areas, pool, bed & bathrooms, etc. Denise's villa is different. The home is at the very top end of what we have experienced in number and variety of amenities like fully equipped game rooms, smart TVs, fully stocked kitchen, themed kids rooms, swimming pool with inflatable toys. What made this house stand out from any we've stayed at before is the tastefulness of the design. Denise's villa looks like a modern, luxurious home we'd gladly live in permanenly, whereas most other rental homes we've stayed at look like a slightly delapidated furniture showroom from the 90s. We really appreciated the incredible attention to detail that went into the interior design. We also loved that the back of the house looks out over a natural area instead of being back-to-back with other people's pool, giving some privacy when enjoying the lanai and pool.

House was just as described. It was clean and comfortable. Scott was very responsive and aimed to please! We would definitely consider this house for another stay!

The house is just as described. Wish there was more a little bit closer, but it just depends on what you’re there to do. We had a great time. My kids loved the game room and pool.. All of the directions were easy to follow.

My boyfriend and I stayed here, and we would love to come back! Check-in was easy, and the house was clean when we arrived. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the amenities were great! We love to watch movies, and the big TVs make it much more enjoyable. The pool was nice and clean, and the ping-pong table made us realize how fun it was to play on it. Highly recommend this place, whether it's for a small group or large. Amazing price as well!
