Perfect location. Host responded in prompt time, very nice. Honestly the house looks better than the pictures provided. Lovedddd this house. Definitely worth it. My kids enjoyed it the most. Will be staying here again.

This is our second stay and it’s the best! Super clean and in perfect condition! Has everything we need for our family vacation going to Disney parks and Universal. Convenient location- safe- clean- touches that make it feel like home! We have kiddos who need extra breaks and quiet times during our trips and the home has a huge Disney dvd collection and games and a beautiful pool for our breaks! It’s perfect for family trips!

Stayed here for Memorial Day weekend to celebrate my birthday. Home is as described in the pictures. Communication with the owners was quick and thorough. Check in was quick and easy. The house is clean and well maintained in a nice gated community. You are centrally located with no shortage of stores & restaurants in the immediate area. Interior is in good condition and plenty of space. The kids had a blast in the Arcade Room and it kept them busy and occupied for hours and hours. Doesn't take much to make me happy, that being said, having a pool, a spa tub and a a covered lanai, is all I need. Cookware needs replacing & upgrading BUT I attribute this to simple wear and tear and owners can't fix problems which they may not know about. Overall, everything that I needed for my stay was flawless and accommodating. Hats of to this owner for providing 5 star service and not asking for it.

We've been taking our boys to Davenport for spring break for over 10 years. We love Watersong. It's a quiet and nice area. Security at the gate wasn't given our names for the day of check in. We had to find a hotel for the night and the management company never answered their phone. The host, Alison, is in a different time zone, but responded the next day and had the situation resolved. The house was very nice and well appointed. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was available. The pool pump wasn't working when we arrived. Within a couple days a new one was installed. Mechanical things that break down are no one's fault and Alison had it resolved quickly. I've seen some negative comments about the BBQ not being hot enough. The burners aren't flamethrowers, but they don't need to be. It has a heavy insulated top and just needs a few minutes to reach excellent BBQ temperature. It worked great! Thanks Alison for an enjoyable stay and responding when issues arised.

This house is very comfortable! We have 5 kids and they all enjoyed using the pool and pool table. I recommend highly paying for the pool heat; more so for the evening swim. We still used the pool daily, but I will definitely ask to have it heated before we come next time. We felt very safe in this location. Clean, family-friendly surroundings. Easily accessible to all Disney activities! We also spent time in Clearwater and on the Atlantic coast. About 1.5 hours to Gulf or Ocean from her place. We will definitely be back!!❤️

A wonderful stay in championsgate! Would highly recommend this villa. It is not only as it was described in the advertisement but it also looks like it does in the photos. A great location for Disney and the outlets. The resort facilities were also fab. Felt very safe in the neighbourhood and would definitely return

We truly enjoyed our stay the house was very beautiful and bes were comfortable. The hosts also the owners were very responsive and answered all of our questions. We look forward to our next stay.

Jason’s home was beautiful and very comfortable. Great location as I always love to stay in the reunion as it is gated. The host was always quick to respond with any questions that arose. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my family had a wonderfull time at J’s house, everything was pretty much clean, we enjoyed it alot!! Defenetly would stay again!!

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

Jeannine’s place was wonderful. Very clean and organized. The pool was well heated and we really enjoyed the spa. I would stay here again and recommend this place for anyone traveling with a large family.

5 stars - 10/10 Excellent location. So close to everything. Busy surrounding roads but we only ever waited one light cycle at nearby crossroads, which is what causes the traffic. A bit of TLC needed. Scuff marks on walls etc but absolutely nothing that will change the quality of your stay / vacation. Great Pool, a few cracks etc but this doesn’t impact the stay at all. Everyone has a solid wood fence around their pools. Therefore not overlooked and good privacy when swimming. The photos don’t do the villa justice. It’s much better. TV’s are all modern flat screens with streaming capabilities. Bedrooms have curtains - not just blinds as shown in the photos. Appliances are immaculate and fully functioning. We had no issues with ants. No issues with cleanliness. It was a peaceful neighbourhood. We would be more than happy to stay here again, and hope we will. Thank you

Great!!! Vacation home had all the amenities a woman like me love. Plenty of everything from dishes to sheets very clean and comfortable. To say the least just right in the day far as neighborhood activities and quite peaceful and serene at night. Everything imaginable is located right around the corner a big bonus . It Felt like home away from home. Mrs.Mary place was sunshine after the rain Thanks for saving my vacation I will be recommending you to another who wants a fabulous place to stay while on vacation

Fantastic stay in this beautiful home. We have rented before in Florida and this was outstanding. Well equipped, clean and very peaceful around the pool with a nice outlook. Lovely shared pool on Watersong which was very peaceful with well kept gardens. Gary was an excellent host who was very helpful from the day we booked it and I would have no hesitation in recommending. It was an hassle free 2 weeks which is just what we needed.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Gina’s condo. It is very comfortable, clean and convenient to everything we needed. The grounds are well maintained and a great place to get in a good walk or just to relax. We would highly recommend the condo and location.

House is very nice. Plenty large enough for our family of six. Super clean. Pool was a perfect temperature and clean. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment. House is only a couple hundred yards from the clubhouse and their large pool. Also has a workout room that has all the essentials. Sidewalks make for a safe walk all around the gated community. No parking on the street, so bike riding is fun and safe. Host was very responsive, proactive and a very nice person. Overall a five. Would stay there again without question. Thanks Franka

Absolutely fantastic stay very clean and spoil was amazing after parks all day , central to everything what ever you want to do will recommend to all my friends and family who go to Disney every few years

I loved the place near the restaurant and market, great place. And the pool was very warm, my kids loved it.

Enjoyed our stay. Loved the layout of the house. Only surprising thing was an extra charge if you wanted to use the grill. Richard was a great host, answered all my questions right away. Would recommend this house.

Just got back from a 2 week stay with my family and friends. Wow, we had such an amazing time in Florida and this villa just made our visit to America even more special. Such a quiet, beautiful and safe area with many restaurants near by. Great location for visiting the Disney and Universal parks, so it was just perfect for us. This villa was so spacious and comfortable, we slept so well! Our children absolutely loved the pool- especially the toys/basketball net :) Helen was an amazing host, very responsive, friendly and we always felt like she was there whenever we needed her. Thankyou so much Helen for our stay in your beautiful home.
