House vacation rentals in Davenport

This house looks exactly like the pictures. We all had a blast. We had 10 people in our stay and it was so nice for everyone to have their own room, beds and bathrooms. We didn’t ever feel like we were on top of each other because of how spacious this house is. Chuck and his team were very responsive with questions we had. The pool in the backyard was where we spent most of our time! It was so much fun. Would stay here again!

Every room has its own bedroom which is as great for our large family. Private pool as well as the resort pool were nice depending on what we wanted to do. Pack n play was available for our little one

Absolutely loved staying here. The house was very clean, organized, and tastefully decorated. Clean linens, and plenty of towels. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is easy to find, the neighbor is quiet, and it's close to shopping and grocery stores. The kitchen is set up with everything you would need to cook meals. The pool is well maintained and the kids loved using it. Orvie is very responsive and was proactive with sending instructions/information. The house has ample space and did not feel cramped at all with our family of 6 staying. We would stay here again.

We had a great time staying here, the kids played in the pool daily.. be sure to read the description well, we were unaware until later that we needed to pay extra to have the pool heated and it was a minimum of 2 days with 48 hours notice. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, pots and pans, there are not spices available so you’ll want to bring your own. There is a coffee pot available. We had groceries delivered for our arrival, the only thing we were unsure of whether it was a coffee pot or a keurig.. which could be helpful to know ahead of time. We asked for 2 pack and plays and 2 high chairs, we arrived to only one set and messaged the host.. they quickly responded and sent someone over in a timely manner with a second set. We also utilized the pool at the resort, unfortunately when we got there the splash pad was out of commission for the day, but the kids still played in the pool and we were able to order a drink at the bar. Overall we had a nice time!!

So we met several people in the neighborhood that were very friendly. The streets were beautiful. The area was secure. Our pet was relaxed and we would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through the area. The house was lovely. Plenty of space clean the pool area was amazing. We spent two days doing nothing else but relaxing Put this one high on your list of places to stay. Don’t pass up this jewel !

Absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout our visit. The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed (and more). We especially loved the cozy touches like the soft linens, quality toiletries, and local guidebook. The location was ideal—quiet, yet close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The house was absolutely beautiful, well maintained & very modern. It was perfect for our families. The neighbourhood was stunning, the grounds & all are very well maintained . We had a few minor issues with the pool but it was quickly resolved. Marcy was very prompt responding to my messages & very attentive addressing the issue. Totally recommend this house, we’d definitely stay there again.

This was the best Disney rental we’ve ever had, our kids loved it and we can’t wait to book again! Christine was always very responsive and helpful with anything we needed.

This home was beautiful! Pictures did no justice. The home was clean, the heated pool was actually heated. Alan responded to me very fast when I did have questions. And my favorite thing on the list was the theatre chairs were massage chairs. Will return!

The villa is in a great location, 10 minutes drive from shops for groceries and restaurants. We had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool. Richie was quick to respond to any questions we had. Beds, sofas and loungers all really comfortable

Everything was perfect! The host were very accommodating and responded very quickly. Not only is the property beautiful, they have everything you need there. We can’t wait to return in September 🥳

Fanciest place I have ever stayed in. Good proximity to disney. Loved having our own pool. House was absolutely beautiful especially the bathrooms. Loved the nespresso and she provided some pods!! Very responsive and wonderful hosts.

Hi Roman thank you for a great experience only thing I would like to mention is that the property didn’t have any wash clothes for me or my family members also there was lack of communication when trying to coordinate regarding jet ski besides that the property was amazing

We had a wonderful time at Chandra's place. Very easy check in and great, responsive communication. Very clean and just as described! We loved the quiet, secluded location and having breakfast on the patio looking at the lake was wonderful.

This place is brand new - great location and very clean house. The themed rooms for the kids are INSANE; our little one didn't want to leave. The oven/stove didn't work, so plan on eating out if you stay here unless they change that out. The Playstation 5's weren't set up yet either, but we got a great deal so it all evened out 👍🏼

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect, and the hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house was spotless and spacious, with plenty of room for our group of 5. We spent most of our time swimming in the pool, grilling, and having fun in the game room with pool, foosball, and darts. There was also plenty of space to relax, both indoors and outdoors, with fantastic poolside furniture for lounging. The kitchen was well-equipped, and nearby stores like Publix and Aldi made it easy to stock up. We loved sitting by the fire table poolside in the evenings. The neighborhood was safe and clean, adding to our enjoyment. A huge thank you to the hosts for truly going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. They made us feel right at home, and we appreciate their excellent hospitality. We highly recommend this property and will definitely book again!

I stayed from June 4–10 and had a wonderful experience! The home was exactly as listed. Clean, spacious, and in a great location. One of the biggest highlights was the Harry Potter themed game room. It was such a fun and magical touch! It truly felt like stepping into the Wizarding World. Whether you’re a die-hard fan or just enjoy a fun space to hang out, it’s a must see feature. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

My family and I had a great stay at this home. It was absolutely beautiful and felt like home. We loved the pool and had a great time cooking meals together every night. For a family of 5 this home was perfect. It was large with lots of space and we had rooms for everyone, which was important for us. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb while visiting Disney with our family, including our girls and baby son. The house had everything we needed to comfortably accommodate our family, and it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood was peaceful and nice, making it a perfect place to relax after busy days at the parks. The owner was very responsive and attentive, anytime we ran into a couple of minor issues, he was quick to address and resolve them, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we highly recommend this property for families visiting the area. It made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free!
