Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Davenport

This was a perfect home-away-from-home vacation spot! Our hosts, Brent and Stephanie, were amazing! They were responsive, helpful, and attentive to our needs as guests. The location is ideal for accessing theme parks and taking a little excursion to the beach. The pool was superb for some downtime at "home," and the house was spotless. My favorite part was the swing in the dining area. It was precious! We made many beautiful memories, and the house, our hosts, and the location were all part of this process. Yarell & Miguel are AMAZING hosts. Anytime I needed anything they were always there and even provided recommendations for local spots before my trip even started. The space is great and makes you feel right at home. We will definitely be visiting again!

The house was absolutely beautiful, well maintained & very modern. It was perfect for our families. The neighbourhood was stunning, the grounds & all are very well maintained . We had a few minor issues with the pool but it was quickly resolved. Marcy was very prompt responding to my messages & very attentive addressing the issue. Totally recommend this house, we’d definitely stay there again.

We had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb. The house was huge perfectly described on a corner lot, which was amazing. No one even bothered us and we were pretty loud. The community was beautiful. It was just a great time all around. I can’t wait to book our next Airbnb and see what other properties she may have or even stay at this one again kids could not have been happier. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us. We will be back.

The villa is in a great location, 10 minutes drive from shops for groceries and restaurants. We had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool. Richie was quick to respond to any questions we had. Beds, sofas and loungers all really comfortable

The place was beyond expectations. Everything was great. Accommodations were extraordinary. I have 0 complaints about this place. I would love to stay there again. I will definitely recommend anyone. As soon as you walk into the house. It smells wonderful, fresh, clean. All the commendations for cooking, we're provided, the swimming pool was clean an inviting. Job, well, done for our host. Steven’s place was exactly as described and pictured! Things were very clean and comfortable and the private pool was a definite bonus. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops within just a few miles. I would definitely recommend his place and will be back again in the future!

Melissa made every effort to ensure that we were comfortable and had a great time on our vacation. The property was great, a lot to enjoy at the home when taking a rest from Disney and Universal. Overall, I have zero complaints about the Melissas home and would highly recommend it to anyone with a medium to large party.

The place was really nice felt right at home. It was very clean. Loved how everything was baby proof, so I felt comfortable with my one year old crawling around. Loved how they had everything to accommodate children. floaters for all ages, baby carriage, play pen, crib etc. the pool was huge and we loved the big screen. The kids can’t stop talking about their experience there. If you’re hesitating to book trust me you just book it.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Denise’s place! From the moment you walk in to the beautiful pool area, gaming room, upstairs and overall entire home everything was great! We will be back again! Denise was very responsive and very easy to work with from the beginning!

House was just as described. It was clean and comfortable. Scott was very responsive and aimed to please! We would definitely consider this house for another stay!

My family really enjoyed our vacation. Stay at this location. It was very, very clean well appointed and exactly as advertised. What was the best part of all was the host who took care of? Everything answered all questions and made sure that we were very much right at home that was fantastic. If you need room to spread out for your family or room to relax, there are plenty of places in this house. The pool and hot tub worked perfectly and everything simply was great. We really enjoyed this. Thank you very much. We will see you again.

Ryan was a great host. His instructions were very helpful. The house was warm and inviting. The kids had a great time in the game room, pool and even the Star Wars bedroom. We would definitely return.

The house is just as described. Wish there was more a little bit closer, but it just depends on what you’re there to do. We had a great time. My kids loved the game room and pool.. All of the directions were easy to follow.

It feel just at home

It is very nice . Just as described if not more than. Felt like a home. Loved the swimming pools. I would go back there anytime I need a vacation! Victor is very accommodating and very nice to deal with!

It was wonderful staying in a fort cabin! We love these cabins and felt right at home. Lots of dishes and pots pans to do some cooking and was super clean. Ethan was a great and responsive host.

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for a romantic getaway! Looks just like the pictures. Will be booking again in the future!!

The place was amazing and clean. Check in instructions were a little unclear and I would like them to be delivered earlier. The hot tub was low on water and dirty and not private at all. There is no privacy

their the best hosts I've ever had. they were super flexible about the check in time and very accommodating to a flexible lifestyle. would definitely recommend this place to singles or new couples nice cozy private clean cold ASF ac!!! what's not to love the neighborhood always feels like home when I drive thru it. fell in love with the trees around right away! overall 9/10

This Airbnb was nicley decorated very clean and an open floor plan great outdoor area for just about anything.Lots of beautiful large oak trees.Hosts are very informative and answer any questions you might have quickly. Would definetly recommend this Airbnb to family and friends. Thank You!!
