Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le logement proposé par Elise : - Emplacement exceptionnel en pleine Île de Nantes. - Accessibilité impeccable du garage. - Equipements répondant à la description annoncée. - Propreté de tout l'appartement. - La proximité de divers commerces (bars-restaurants, presse, super-marché). Un plus : l'accueil sympathique du café-brasserie, le Louis Blanc. Un conseil aux occupants futurs : renseignez-vous sur l'avancement des travaux urbains de la ville de Nantes ... Les chantiers en cours peuvent contredire les indications de votre GPS, surtout si vous arrivez par l'Ouest. Un grand merci à Elise.

Fantastic stay with a fantastic host! Gaël was an extremely welcoming and responsive host. She even reached out after the first night to see if I needed anything. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, with a bedroom view of the cathedral. It is perfectly located next to the market, and walking into town is easy and accessible. I would recommend to anyone and hope I get the chance to stay again!

Wundervolles Cottage mit schönen und großen Garten, ruhig gelegen wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gut ausgestattet, sehr bequeme Betten. Nette persönliche Begrüßung durch den Gastgeber, der sehr entgegenkommend bei der Abfahrtszeit war. Bordeaux gut zu erreichen, oder auch mit ca. 1 Stunde Anfahrt zur Dune pilat. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Great location - you have a view up the whole Main Street and the bakery downstairs is our best in France after 5 weeks! We would stay here again. Car park is a plus as well and only a short walk away. The apartment feels safe and secure.

Appartamento rifornitissimo, c'è tutto tutto il necessario e anche di più in una residenza tranquilla. Letto di ottima qualità, salotto confortevole e con spazio anche per smart working. Il balconcino è un piccolo plus quando esce il sole e si ha una bella vista sul castello reale di Amboise. Per chi viene in macchina: ci sono solo 3 o 4 posti davanti alla residenza e il parcheggio più vicino è a 300 metri e c'è una salita quando si arriva dal centro. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno medio- lungo!!!

We recently concluded a 2-month stay in this penthouse apartment and had a generally positive experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the spacious and inviting terrace, which offered a fantastic outdoor space to relax and enjoy the views. Additionally, the availability of private parking and the apartment’s excellent location added much convenience to our visit. However, we did encounter a few issues upon arrival. The house was not completely clean, and we found that the bathtub was broken, which made it impossible for us to take a bath. Additionally, the absence of a curtain in the bathroom meant that water would end up everywhere during showers. These were minor inconveniences in an otherwise fantastic stay. Despite these drawbacks, we greatly enjoyed our time here.

Le logement et le séjour c’est très bien passé . L’agencement de la maison est parfait . Petit regret Pas compris qu’il n’y a pas de chambre en bas mais le canapé lit du salon / j’avais pourtant demandé par téléphone . Et le portail face à la mer n’est pas accessible pour les voitures . Et celui à l’arrière est très difficile d’accès et à manipuler . Un peu compliqué pour des personnes agees .
