Vacation rentals with a home theater in Poitou-Charentes

Mary’s accommodation is very spacious and clean. You find internet and a big kitchen area and my dog was allowed to run around in the garden. My car was safe in the closed courtyard and everything was perfect! Thank you Mary!

We stayed 5 days at François' apartment. It was a perfect stay, the apartment is larger than in the photos, the view from the balcony is beautiful, the location is central, a short walk to Bureau Beach and 6 minutes to Platin Beach. It's a walk. In the apartment there are all the essentials, the bed was made on arrival, it is very much appreciated. François is very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for this stay, we'll come back if we have a chance!

We stayed with Xavier for 2 weeks with 2 children, we enjoyed it very much. We were able to park directly at the property and also drive directly to the beach and quickly reach shopping.

Stayed here for rugby game and appartment is very central to everything. Great views from roof top terrace and communication re location, checking in, keys, etc was excellent.

My partner and I stayed in this apartment for 6 months as I did an Erasmus internship in Tours. This apartment was the best option for us. During this time, my partner was working remotely. Great: The kitchen is very well equipped (there is even a raclette/fondue machine!☺️) Bed linen, towels, etc., were provided in sufficient quantity, which allowed to always have a clean set while washing another one No need to buy furniture or subscribe to an internet subscription, you can settle in without worrying about something:) Saint-Cyr is a beautiful and quiet city, with a bus stop nearby to get to Tours Lucie was always responsive and accommodating: in case of any problem, everything was quickly resolved I would highly recommend this apartment, especially for longer stays! 😃 We didn't miss anything and have a great memory of our strange stay

A great weekend at Guillaume's. The listing is identical to the description. It's quiet even in the city center. Beautiful walks in the city or along the Dordogne. A real pleasure. We'll go back.

We spent a wonderful week with our three children and two small dogs in this accommodation where nothing is lacking. Very clean upon arrival. It is tastefully furnished and decorated and very functional. We can do anything on foot: city center, sea, forest. The beaches are beautiful. Thanks again to Isabelle and Yann for hosting us.

A really nice area, with a pond, lake, the port... surrounded by nature. The house is beautiful, everything is detailed, the bathroom is new, the room is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, he always cared about the stay. We had a great time for our family reunion. The house is welcoming summer and winter, it was very nice so we were in the square courtyard all grass. The house is full of surprises in terms of decoration and charm. A huge fireplace in one of the lounges is also perfect for winter evenings! And the children's playroom is great, especially the big costume closet and board game closet! Everything was perfect, we'll be back. Veronique

We had a very relaxing stay. The home was beautiful with everything needed. It is accurately described and we weren’t disappointed. The kids, young and old enjoyed the pool. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen very well equipped and laundry room made coming home a breeze with clean clothes. We stayed just out of summer season so it was pretty quiet and some shops in St Palais sur mer were closed. Large supermarkets were a short drive away. A very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. The beach is super close and easy accessible (max 100m from the apartment). Restaurants and stores as well. Rodolphe is very welcoming, kind and helpful if there are any questions!

Dominique is very welcoming and friendly. The apartment is very clean and functional!!! You have a balcony with beautiful views of Bordeaux. It is steps from the Cité du Vin. There's a bakery and a Lidl supermarket right out front. To get to the city center, take tram line B which is very close to the Cité du Vin and it takes you there in 15 minutes. Bordeaux is a beautiful city and the atmosphere is lovely.

Guillaume was very welcoming, we were able to chat with him when we arrived as well as the next morning. The house is impeccable, the "studio" rooms are impeccable too. We will come back without hesitation if needed, and we recommend 100%!

Laurent is a quality host offering an apartment that is just as high quality. Short week for spring break with our two children and the apartment is perfectly suitable for 4 people. Ideal location with ocean views and oceanfront anyway. Rare thing on the Atlantic coast and very pleasant. Soulac is a super nice beach resort. Excellent stay.
