This is a great place on a quiet street. Really perfect if you’re looking to be close to everything. Anne is very kind and responsive and I would seriously recommend to stay for a couple or a young family with a baby.

We spent 3 nights in this apartment which is really close to all the must-see places in Angers. The accommodation is very well-equipped, whether it is the essentials (2 coffee machines, shower gel, cutlery for eating, etc.) or more extraordinary with a balneo bathtub, sauna and overhead projector with removable screen in the bedroom. The parking space is an undeniable plus, the entrance is not very large but having an SUV it is quite possible. it is true that the street is noisy, as is also indicated in the description, but for us, by not going to bed too early, it didn't bother us. Good value for the money with the services and parking. Thanks

Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding, which is very comfortable. Ideally located, the residence is very nice, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I would highly recommend it.

Stephanie is a very friendly host. She tells you everything you need to know for your stay and more if you like to know more. You'll need to speak French to communicate with her properly, which luckily for us, was no problem. The apartment was a great place to stay at and very clean. Libourne is a beautiful city to discover. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend others to stay at this place too!

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the Ile de Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental next door, friendly). The added bonus is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

We had a great time in this very clean apartment with beautiful decor and very well equipped. We didn't want anything! It is very well located on a quiet street but 200 meters from the beach, shops and Sion market. In short, everything was perfect!

One word to describe Anne's place ....WOW. One of the best airbnb's we have ever booked. Sympathetically renovated retaining all the old world charm while balancing modern conveniences and comfort. This place is super...don't hesitate to book. We booked a duo massage during our stay, and highly recommend this service also. Overall 5 stars!

We stayed 3 days and 4 nights, and it was a very enjoyable weekend. Isabelle is really a lovely host and her home is just beautiful. The description was perfect and the tranquility of the Charente countryside was ideal for a relaxing, rejuvenating weekend. The Nordic bath and brazier were really the cherry on top. A very comfortable accommodation (three bathrooms for two bedrooms! with a sauna), spacious, with a beautiful exterior and a possible walk on the small road that borders the Authion. The hosts are extremely considerate: warm welcome with homemade cakes, friendly tips and discussions. The accommodation is very quiet and we slept very well. Everything was perfect!
