This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.

A simple and authentic place, very quiet and soothing in a preserved nature of 9 hectares with a view of the Garonne valley and the forest canopy. Welcome to the Grotte du Moulin! This natural loft is embedded in a limestone mound and will surprise you with its irregularity. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can be used as a small bed.
