The beautiful Girondine is happy to welcome you to its adjoining cottage (40 m2), nestled in the heart of the vineyards, its wine-growing activities, located only 1.5 km from the center of Saint-Émilion and provides parking and bicycle shelter. British Franco, Jany and his daughter Felicia will be delighted to welcome you and advise you on the sights to visit. We offer a classic or continental breakfast included in the nightly rate. Beautiful loft-style house 180 m2. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer), dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) as well as a relaxation area with fireplace and jacuzzi (4 people max). Upstairs, you will enjoy the Sauna, a first 140 bed with a water + toilet area, a bedroom with a 160 bed and a living room with TV. Outside: terrace, and heated pool (May/Sept) BBQ area.

2 bedroom apartment, heart of historic center

Cozy apartment on the second floor of a typical stone building in the historic center. This 65 m2 apartment, completely renovated in August 2022, is located in the heart of old Bergerac, close to the port. The half-timbering and briquette walls combine the charm of the building with the modernity of the accommodation. Its location makes it a perfect base for exploring the city. All shops, restaurants, museums are within walking distance.

Small Berry house in the heart of the grove

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.

Git 'ane

Old charming cottage located in a hamlet, close to the village of Boussay and its castle, in the heart of hilly landscapes. Available for 2 nights or more. Children (and not just them) will be delighted to meet our gentle donkeys (Isa and Belle), our free-range hens or the 2 horses. It feels like a small farm! I also offer a new GIT'ANE 2 cottage, close to this one with an extra bedroom.
