Well-located accommodation in the city center of Brive. Very pleasant accommodation, beautifully decorated and very clean. It was just missing the sheets for the click-clack which is to be avoided if you have back problems. In the landfill of the hosts, I had not specified the need for 2 separate beds for the night. Despite this small downside, I would recommend this property without hesitation!

The location was perfect for us, it was quiet and very close to Les Machines, good restaurants and very good bakery, La Maison Arlot Cheng. Very easy walk into the city. The bed, with Emma mattress, was very comfortable. The parking was easy, note that the entrance and exit to the garage is the same gate. We did not get the access code until the exact time of 16.00pm and we were a little worried about receiving it so late in case our internet access was limited. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

Clear instructions provided when making contact. A key box for an independent arrival, very nice apartment decorated simply but effectively with taste. Special mention for the Unicorn Toilets that our children really liked. Easy and ideal on the road just for a night and certainly very functional for longer stays. Located on the second floor in a three-unit residence. Downtown not far away (2 kilometers) a Leclerc nearby. 2 large bedrooms with double bed and a small extra bed in the living room.

The accommodation is beautiful, very central and historic. Just be warned that the fabulous sights around Sarlat are difficult to access as an independent traveller without a car. Bus service is almost non existent and I couldn’t find tours or even walking trails. Surprising considering how many tourists visit.

The accommodation offered by Dominique and Yves corresponds in all respects to what we expected: clean, quiet, well-designed, very well located accommodation. Dominique and Yves were lovely, welcoming us with great kindness. We thank them again and highly recommend their place.

Very quiet for the studio. For those who love walking, I've been spoiled. Xavier is responsive and helped me a lot. Good restaurants.

From the personalized check-in, to every detail in the space being thoughtfully curated, down to the plush robes, snacks, and even a binder of local recommendations. It genuinely felt like a 5-star hotel with the warmth of a home. The amenities were impeccable. Everything you could possibly need and then some. Very well located studio a short walk from the pedestrian center of St Martin en Ré! Comfortable even if quite small, clean, quiet. The person who takes care of the accommodation on site is very welcoming. We recommend this central place for a stay in Île de Ré.

Impeccable cleanliness, quiet residence, furniture & equipment made available at the top, in short everything to have a good stay in this beautiful region of Charente Maritime (be careful not to confuse it with the Vendée😜). Totally amazing place with super kind, friendly, helpful hosts - nothing was too much trouble. Jo and Mark are fabulous and seem to love making your experience special. It’s so peaceful in the garden and the house whilst being really close to lots of restaurants.

Everything was great. The house is very clean and looks even better than in the pictures. Great location near the center and the Citadelle which is a beautifull place for a walk, icecream or picnic. Also near Bordeaux both with buss (only 2.5 euro) or by car that you easily can park by a tram stop outside the city centre of Bordeaux. We enjoyed all the beautiful wineyards around Blaye and a visti to Peybonhomme is a must! Sophie was great in every way and she made sure we had everything we needed, also for our child. I would absolutely recommend staying in Sophies house!

Absolutely perfect house for a weekend with friends. There were 10 of us but thanks to the many bathrooms, the kitchen and the spacious living/dining room, we had plenty of room. Super well decorated and equipped house. I recommend it and will think about it when I return to Oleron!

Sophie and her husband were very welcoming and caring. great communication, great place, slept very well with their comfortable beds! perfect I recommend.

We were staying with a family of 7 people for one night as a resting stop for a longer trip to south of France. The host was very kind and greeted us personally. The house was clean and everything was as described. For one night it was more then enough.

Fantastic little place, we booked last minute (on the day) as we were passing through and our plans changed. Cyril was fantastic with communication, he responded straight away and nothing phased him about check in times etc. it was a very lovely personal touch that he was there to greet us and show us around the place. The beds are extremely comfortable, and plenty of space for a baby cot as well in the room. Thanks for a great night!

Always nice to stay at Eddy's. 5 minutes from the airport, in a quiet area, the place is clean and spacious - hard to consider any other property than this one.
