The apartment is sensational! Extremely clean and organized. The window is beautiful! The coatings and dishes are differentiated. Around you can easily find: bakery, market, bar, beauty room, restaurant, marmita delivey, pizzeria, pilates, açai…. You can stay without a doubt!!

I had a great stay! The place is super cozy, it is exactly as described, clean, comfortable and well located. The hosts were attentive and always available to help with whatever it took. I would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone!

Pedro was very attentive before, during, and after. The place fully met our expectations. Clean, safe and super organized. The parking space is well located. 100% Internet. And, as a bonus, you still "get" a worthwhile view.

An outdoor kitchen area features a spacious countertop made of granite, complemented by a built-in grill. Shelves display decor items against a textured wall. A refrigerator stands nearby, and green landscaping can be seen in the background, enhancing the inviting atmosphere.

Our stay was excellent, the hostess was very receptive, she gave the guidelines very clearly in the welcome, her tips for places to know were great which allowed us to make the most of our trip. In addition, the apartment is exactly as in the advertisement, garage space face the apt window, clean, organized and silent condominium.

Taize is very kind and super attentive, from the beginning to the end of the rental and stay. I rented two aptos, the 5 and 7, on the ground floor. The garage holds three cars (if well parked), we had a Sedan and two SUVs. A great ventilation, even on hot days, we do not use the fan. Spacious, clean and illuminated environments. Modern furnishings and decoration and balcony with a wonderful view of the city. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and by car is a few minutes from the city center. It has nearby bakery with delicious breads. Taize, thank you for your attention. We love the stay.

I recommend with closed eyes, very clean studio smelling organized, had everything I needed, the only thing I didn't have at the moment was air fryre, plus Lara from a look at everything and got one for us, Lara is very helpful attentive 1000 for her, before she even got to the studio already feeling welcomed, Lara does not measure effort to be perfect and yes it was perfect we'll be back soon, Lara super flexible on schedule, we follow the tips of tours she gave us everything was very perfect, thank Lara for so much affection you are wonderful congratulations 👏🏽 🌹 ❤️

The house is large, has everything needed for the stay. Very well located. The view is beautiful, the quiet neighborhood, close to the attractions of the center. Great place for dogs and good garage. Our stay was great and Diego was an excellent host.

The kitchen features modern cabinetry with a neutral color palette. A gas stove and oven are visible alongside various kitchen appliances. The countertops are adorned with a textured granite, and a window allows natural light to illuminate the cooking space.

The house is exactly as described in the listing, even more beautiful in person, it has a beautiful view. It has everything you need to make the most diverse meals. The pool is delicious, has a heater and is at a perfect temperature. Luiz was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which was great! We were very happy days at Luiz's farm, I recommend the stay and would definitely come back.

Comfortable accommodation and corresponding to the images and description, we love to spend a few days there, a well-structured building and made good use during the hosting period. We had only one issue with the control of the garage that I believe should be checked, we saw other guests with the same problem, but it's minimal to how good it was to be at Bia's place.

Wonderful stay, exceptional Silvia reception, everything clean and clear. Impeccable bedding, kitchen with everything you need. Gentileza de silva, with chocolates and ice cream in the refrigerator as a welcome. For those who have difficulty climbing stairs, they need to reevaluate, as they have 3 flights of stairs to climb, but they are gentle stairs. Carro partakes in the building door with ease. The street is a light climb without difficulty to climb on foot or by car. The very cozy apartment, it's worth the stay, I'm sure you'll love it.

Spacious, comfortable house with all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The neighborhood is a little far from the center but it is quiet and has a lot of shops nearby (market, bakery, restaurant). Luciana responds quickly and is very kind. Overall the stay was great! I highly recommend it!

We spent the Carnival at the site of Álvaro and the experience was excellent. He responds quickly, is very helpful and the housekeeper Thiago is also a sympathy and very helpful. The place is sensational, with trails, lake, three orchards, some animals and lots of peace. The location is excellent: very close to the city, but at the same time far enough to have peace of mind. Access is great, with asphalt to the door. The house is well equipped, the sheets and towels were superfluous and we felt at home. We had very pleasant days, resting on the hammock, hiking, eating fruits from the foot, enjoying nature and, in 15 minutes, we were enjoying the city of Poços de Caldas. We'll be back soon for sure!

Our accommodation on João's farm was wonderful, the difficult thing was wanting to leave! rs We rode on horseback, fished, tracked and everything very well guided by the host João, the homemade Adinaldo and João, who takes care of the horses (he was very attentive to us, and took us for a nice ride). João was always available and responding quickly, gave us several tips on walks and restaurants. Even even took us to feed the cows and to the entrance of the trail to the hill of the flag. My daughter loved the puppies, especially the chopp and the pinga, who did not disgrade us if they wanted a second rs. Finally, the place is beautiful, beautiful landscapes, a tour that is very worth it!

The apartment corresponds to the photos, is close to the supermarket, bakeries, in relation to the apartment itself, it is wonderful! a tip for all the people who stay, in whatever the convenience, if dirty clean, if you use a pot, wash, I found the pans all dirty as if they did not wash properly, when I left them all very clean, and this is not a duty of you, sometimes a guest is barely out, someone else comes in, so for everyone to make the most of it, let's have our responsibility too, it's not always the host's fault. The apartment is great, spacious, has an amazing view of the city, the bathroom stall is a little tight, but nothing that affected the use. The location is wonderful, close to good restaurants, bars, cafes and the center, we hardly needed to use the car for transportation. An excellent choice for those who want to enjoy the city without relying on the car.

The house was impeccably clean, with practically new utensils. Host Thiago and his wife were very polite and helpful throughout the entirety of the stay. The location is very peaceful and quiet, with easy access and very close to a supermarket and pharmacy. Despite being a little far from the center, this does not compromise the experience at all. Angela has a very unique and beautiful property, we felt right at home as soon as we were greeted and enjoyed the quiet and private surroundings. The house is very conviently located in a secure part the city. The house was appropriately furnished with a very Brazilian sense of style with all that you could need for a short or long term stay. The communication and check in was effortless and prompt with the right amount of flexib le attention when needed. We look forward to staying here again next time we are visiting in the area.
