The house is very comfortable. The accommodations are good, large and well equipped with household utensils. There, there is plenty of tranquility, stunning landscapes all around, clean and cool air and a pleasant climate. Philippe's service was excellent. We left there with the urge to return as soon as possible. A single observation: the internet of the place is not constant. There is a certain intermittence in the signal. However, it is not something that gets in the way if you do not intend, for example, to work remotely. Ah, it's good to take the downloaded series and movies to be sure. I highly recommend the place.

The condominium is old, but much better preserved and clean than many new ones. The infrastructure is wonderful, extremely friendly and polite staff. First, the pictures of the place are very faithful. The location is great, the centrinho is 20 min on foot, on a flat path. Inside the condominium there is a wonderful cafeteria that works in the afternoon, a grocery store and a restaurant (this one did not have the courage to eat, because the food was not beautiful). The employees of the condominium are a compliment, all very polite and helpful. The condominium itself, is very old (you can search, which is a place even historical), has several nice little things, and some of them not available all the time (pedal type, just in some days), sometimes there were also food trucks there, with hamburger and churros. Do not create glamour expectations, everything is simple and faithful to the description. I just wish we had microwaves in the room (the suggestion is), and the smell in the cigarette corridors is bothersome.

The photos of Casa Tuscany do not live up to its beauty, comfort and warmth. Every detail has been carefully thought out to provide an impeccable stay, combining charm and functionality. The house is richly decorated, offering a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The bed is extremely comfortable, the shower provides an invigorating bath, and the view of the room is simply stunning. To ensure quiet nights in the summer, there is air conditioning in the room. The kitchen is complete, equipped with dishwasher, lava and dry, air fryer, electric oven and all necessary utensils for short or long stays. One of the great differentials is in the small details: Gil prepared the bathroom with pampering that transforms the experience into a true fusion between a boutique hotel and a five-star service. And by the way, Gil is an exceptional host, always attentive and dedicated to providing the best experience possible. Exceeds all expectations!

The house really is very cozy, clean, a space all prepared with a lot of whimsy. Thank you for your attention and care for me and the girls, always available. If you’re looking for comfort and luxury, this is the place for you . It’s an amazing house with a garden and a swimming pool. If you’re lucky you can enjoy the fresh Brazilian fruit straight from the trees. What makes this place even cooler is the attitude of the owner - helpful, open and kind . For us it was the best stay ever in rented house! Thanks a lot once again

We had a great stay!! The apartment is very well located, we did everything on foot - we just took the car out of the garage to go to the sights that are further away (bridal veil, source of loves, Christ). Cleanliness, comfort, location, space, all the best! Marcos received us with great affection, gave all the support, great tips, was very helpful and kind. Great signal wifi, TV with multiple channels, covered garage and easy to park, elevator. Just relax and enjoy! the backyard space is a big draw, to relax, sunbathe, enjoy with our son. I will definitely recommend it to friends, and I'll be back soon!

Great stay, clean and organized apartment, equipped kitchen and utensils available, good location, we were able to get around well using Uber and Pop, hostess recommended great places, was flexible at check-in. I recommend it.

We spent an extended weekend here with family. 8 adults and 5 children. We had a wonderful time. The house is equipped with everything you need in terms of utensils, pots, pans, barbecue and more. The bedrooms are comfortable and the space is extremely large. The layout is also great and the surroundings are beautiful. There is a river, cows across the river, lots of green space and a pool. There is a bluetooth speaker, pool table, card table, and even some pool floats/noodles. It is a really great property and the host is helpful and responsive. They even visited us and had some birthday cake one day!

Simply perfect ! Hosts are always on hand to meet us! Flexible check in and checkout time! The house is perfect, very spacious, beautiful decor, all very well tidy ! Equipped kitchen , clean environments! We will definitely return and contributed a lot to our trip to be even more special! I recommend it to everyone who wants a place with cool space!

Ana was super attentive from the beginning of the reservation until checkout! The place is beautiful, the house is super spacious and well equipped. The surroundings of Fonte Platina are beautiful. Ana left us some food contacts in the area, and they were all wonderful. We'll be back more often on other occasions.
