Me and my family felt right at home. Salva has always been attentive to our needs and made things easier for us. It's been a wonderful stay.

We stayed a week and were absolutely happy to have found such a nice apartment. I would have loved to spend the whole day on the balcony and enjoy the view. The apartment is spacious and cozy. Only the kitchen equipment could be a little better for cooking. The host and his family were super friendly, helpful and always easy to reach. We will be happy to come back.

Perfect stay to get recharged and spend time with family!

The apartment is perfect for a beach getaway. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the hair dryer with diffuser, the bathroom products and the detergent available for the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, always attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super close beach and you can make a route through the villages of the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

Ponyta at Guardamar de la Safor was wonderful. When leaving, the whole family had tears in our eyes. we spent a beautiful month here. The apartment had an insane view of the sea. We didn't miss anything. We felt right at home. The internet worked great and it was also used for us to work. Top-notch communication with hosts. The neighborhood is perfect for walking. Amazing sunrises from the balcony. I recommend it with all my heart!

We spent a wonderful few days in Daimús and the house was fantastic, very well maintained and clean, we felt right at home. The area is super quiet and was ideal for walking our dog. But Gandía was very close to go for a walk if we wanted more atmosphere. Also, communication with Carlos was wonderful, we were stuck in traffic on the way there and Carlos adapted to our arrival time without any problems. I recommend it 100%

We had an amazing week at Patricia’s villa . She was there to greet us when we arrived . She is so friendly & gave us lots of useful information. The villa is beautiful & spotless . It’s perfect for families with little ones as there is a gate to the pool area. We had a three & one year old with our family group & they enjoyed it as much as the grown ups . So many toys for them ! The outside kitchen & bbq were perfect for evenings in . Xàbia old town is so close to walk to ( 10 mins) & the beach not too far (about 25mins ). We ate twice at the market in the old town & all the food was delicious. We hired cars so were able to go to other places but Xàbia is lovely with lots of great places to eat so you could manage without hiring a car. We also ordered online shopping to arrive Sat from Mercadona ( I saw on another review someone had done this ) which was very handy . It is just a perfect place to stay & we would definitely go back .

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Had a great time at Lora’s house! We stayed over a month and it was a really nice place to stay for a longer period. The house is located on a hill, which is a climb to walk to from the beach/Harbour, but then again the view from the spacious terrace is amazing! I really recommend this accommodation, also the communication with Lora was great!

We felt right at home. The house is beautiful, it has all kinds of amenities both in the kitchen and in the rooms, very complete. It is centrally located and well-connected. The host was very nice and I answered all the doubts instantly.

Everything was perfect, just as described. We had everything at our fingertips, no problem. Having a garage space, it couldn't be better without having to worry about parking. Beachfront, you can walk there in a few minutes without any problem, we will certainly repeat

We went as a family and had a great time at Adelina's house. The house is very well equipped and very clean, we didn't miss anything. She is very friendly and responsive and has made it all very easy. The village of Ebo is very beautiful and peaceful. Hope to come back someday.

An amazing host — incredibly flexible and accommodating. She let us check in late and even allowed a late check-out, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Her communication was excellent throughout, with super quick responses and thoughtful recommendations. The accommodation itself was beautiful — even better than the photos, which really don’t do it justice! Altea is a wonderful place to visit, and staying here made it even more special. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Very comfortable apartment for 8 people. If 2 people want to sleep on the couch, 10 could also stay there for a short time. 2 toilets and bathroom. Barbecue and washing machine available. In addition, the excellent location: sea view, but it is less than 5 minutes from the apartment door to the sea, and only because the beach is so big. The 12th floor allows a fantastic view, we mostly walked the stairs, was no problem. Gandi: Perfectly maintained beach, restaurants everywhere with reasonable prices, the old town is also beautiful and public transport is sufficient (car is still recommended for longer distances).

Beautiful spacious apartment with massive tarace with view on the beach and the sea. We were very warmly welcomed and we even got oranges from Cristina's garden. We loved every minute of the stay at Cristina's beautiful apartment.

Apartment as reflected in the listing, spacious, clean and bright. And cold, even though it was already quite hot, we didn't have to turn on the air conditioning any day. Beautiful terrace with ocean views. Community parking with its own space, residential complex with swimming pool, 3 minutes walk to the beach. Supermarkets 5 minutes by car. There are 2 supermarkets that open on Sundays, even if it's not high season. The host Nuria, and Maite, who was the one who received us, were very kind at all times. Easy Check-in and Check-out Process. Upon arrival there was sugar, water, soap, paper towels, etc. in the house, useful things for the first day of the stay. Apartment totally recommended.

We have been with a person in a wheelchair for a few days and the accessibility is very good. As well as the person who attended to us, Lamiae, who was helpful at all times and made our stay easier. The apartment is very good, right on the beach.

We had a full month in the apartment and we were very comfortable. The beach is 1 min walk, literally stuck, and the pool is great. The best part of the house is the spacious terrace, where you can make life. Jesus was very attentive from day one and gave us good recommendations on where to eat and what places to visit. The area is very quiet, maybe too much. Near the apartment there are very good restaurants, yes, you will have to take the car or take a good walk along the bike path. We value our stay very well and will take it into account in case we repeat a trip to the area.
