We had a wonderful stay here. We were very impressed with the thoughtful design touches and the interior of the villa. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Pilar was really helpful and responsive as a host. We would love to return!

The place was just great! It looked even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything was prepared and clean upon our arrival. The pool and outdoor kitchen are a real highlight. The sea can be reached in 2 minutes, and there are numerous good restaurants on the promenade. Malin's housekeeper was always available and had good tips for the area. Perfect for groups, each bedroom has its own bathroom. We felt right at home.

A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

The house is perfect for two adults and a girl. Everything is clean, tidy and very well kept. The terrace is amazing. The pool is very nice. the beach is a ten-minute walk and a three-minute drive. All in all great.

We have been very comfortable in the accommodation. Everything is very new and tidy. The beach is very nice and spacious. The area is very quiet. Few restaurants. Many mosquitos.

It was a fantastic stay right close to the town of Parcent and many biking trails right outside the door. The grounds were large and beautifully kept, the home was lovely and very comfortable. We would stay here again. L’Era restaurant, walking distance had some of the best wood fired Paella we have had in Spain. Locals were friendly and a excellent bike bar/rentals in town, as well as a bakery to walk to in the mornings.

From the time we arrived until we left the property, we felt right at home, and we treated it that way. Perfect pool for two people, spacious master bedroom and comfortable bed. Everything was very clean and we were lucky enough to meet the person who took care of it: a 10! We will definitely repeat if we return to the destination!

An amazing stay in an amazing location. The villa was beautiful and relaxing and the view is 10/10. It was spotless clean and the check in was very smooth with a very friendly and kind host. Communication was very responsive. For guests wanting to stay, a heads up to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, as well as basic ingredients for cooking like oil. The apartment was spotless and had everything you need for two people. The environment was quiet and cared for in detail. You had the pool in front of you to enjoy, a barbecue and land to walk around. And without a doubt, the best thing was the attention and kindness of the owner, Tom. He was always available when we were there and answered all the questions and concerns we had before check-in. It's a quiet and idyllic place to stay and is definitely worth the price you pay. We don't rule out staying there again.

We really liked the comfort and accessibility, the ocean views and direct beach access. The apartment is very comfortable, with a fairly large terrace. We extended for one more night, as we were very comfortable. The host was very attentive during the stay, and also offered us very clear instructions for check-in.

We loved our month stay. The views were so beautiful. The house was very clean. And our communication with Jacqueline was great. She checked in on us and made sure that all was ok thru out our stay. We were very comfortable in this home. The place is cozy, everything was very clean and well kept. The towels were impeccable and had a very pleasant aroma. In addition, Teresa had several nice touches, such as leaving us coffee for breakfast, a new sponge and cloth, and personal care products such as gels, which is very much appreciated. Everything matched the listing perfectly. Without question, a highly recommended stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. The views of the ocean are incredible!! What a joy to cook from the kitchen looking out over the ocean and then eat on the terrace listening to the sound of the waves. The location is great to pop down for a morning swim or snorkel, go for a hike, or an evening stroll along the seafront. Communication was easy and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay of three nights at Raul's apartment in Xàbia. Communication beforehand and during our stay was completely uncomplicated – we were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable right from the start. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need for a relaxed stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful balcony, which was a pleasant retreat even on warm days thanks to sufficient shade. Another highlight was the two deck chairs, which you could easily take to the pool – a great addition! Xàbia itself absolutely delighted us: The sandy beach is fantastically beautiful, the water crystal clear, and the beach promenade offers many great restaurants with direct views of the sea. In June, the place was pleasantly quiet and not crowded at all – perfect for relaxing. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place. Many thanks to Raul for the wonderful time!

I absolutely loved my stay here! Waking up to the sound of ocean waves and walking the beach every morning was glorious. Super clean, spacious, peaceful, loved the balcony and views! I can’t wait to return!

You truly cannot beat this location! It was steps to the beach, has parking and is very well equipped. The house is comfortable for 5 to 6 people and there are plenty of areas around the house and on the roof terrace to find your quiet space. The roof terrace is definitely the "piece de resistance". The best place to watch the sunrise and sunset, beautiful yoga/meditation sessions, morning coffee and/or evening drinks. The small patio on the far side of the house with a hammock is also a tranquil getaway. Perfect for an afternoon siesta. Laura was an amazing co-host and was above and beyond responsive and helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

WOW! The views are absolutely stunning! We spent 9 nights here and we wish we has booked longer. The villa was lovely and Johannes communication was excellent. Highly recommend.
