The Guest House, Elegance in Javea Old Town.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

My home: Nice house very near to the beach.

My house is perfectly situated, in a quiet street. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a well equipped kitchen and a big terrace (it is all round the house) and you can eat outside. It has a nice, little garden and a barbaque there. The house has Wi-fi internet. It is very near to the beach ( less 5 minute walking),. It is also ideal for long stays at affordable prices (I have set specific prices for the different months of the year adding a considerable discount each month).

All kinds of services are offered (towels, both shower and beach, self-service cold water and hot water, sweets, fruit, soft drinks, oil, vinegar, salt, bread, milk, cookies, savory snacks, welcome bottle of cava, ice, juices...) Rented by the week (Saturday to Saturday in July and August).
