If you are looking for a cozy, bright and comfortable beachfront apartment in a beautiful natural area of beach and mountain with Mediterranean sea views, I highly recommend you staying at my place. Excellent for singles or couples. The apartment is directly on the beach (rocks), which is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. You can access all the beaches (sandy and rocks) of this natural area and the city centre of historical Denia through a lovely seaside walkway.

We had a great time in Avignon. The host is responsive, available and very kind. The size of the listing is suitable for couple. The sea view is sublime and the building's swimming pool is very nice. The beach is a 5min walk, it was a pleasure to walk day or night. Small negative: the accommodation deserves a little refresh (the glass window was broken, the shower clogged, the furniture very old, the uncomfortable beds...) We will keep fond memories of this vacation:)

We had a wonderful time here! The place is very nice and you feel right at home. Super-equipped and everything is clean. The area is fantastic, you are right at the old town and still have your peace and quiet. Jaqueline was always easily accessible and responded quickly if we ever had a question. I'd love to come back :)

Excellent communication from start to finish and Karen allowed us to enter slightly earlier as we were already in the area. The apartment is cosy and very well equipped with a lovely balcony and chairs overlooking the gardens and pool. A car or taxi would be beneficial to get to shops and restaurants. Perhaps the couches could be reviewed for comfort but otherwise we had a lovely stay.

Lovely apartment, nice and clean upon arrival. Photo's show it true to size. Despite a major construction project going on opposite the apartment entrance, once we got into the apartment we couldn't hear any noise. Apartment is very well located near the popular tourist areas, including a couple of minutes walk to the very popular Tapas Alley. There are a couple of good quality large supermarkets nearby, also great Irish Bar with breakfast and evening meals less than 5 minutes walk.

We stayed at Agnieszka's place with our family of 5 for the month of February. It was the best home away from home we could've asked for! She had all the kitchen amenities we needed to cook for our family, all the blankets our boys loved to cuddle up with, and the location was hands down the best part. The view of the sunrise was straight out the balcony, and the sunshine hitting us all morning on the balcony while we read with our coffee was one of my favorite parts. She also had sand toys and chairs for us to use, which was really helpful since we came all the way from the US and tried to pack lightly. Short walk to the beach was helpful since there weren't any open public bathrooms, and an easy walk to the market. We all were very happy here. Thank you for a wonderful holiday Agnieszka!
